My wife and went there for dinner last nite and the experience was great we meet Anthony and Robert and the service was top notch ! My husband has a personal margarita pizza it was to die for, and I had a shrimp Ceaser salad it was delicious, will definitely go back to see Anthony again.

The old place(what it was before the«renovation») was AMAZING. New place(I am assuming new owner) ran the place into the ground… I used to order at least once a week. I just waited 2 hours(fine, 1 hr 53 min) for a large cheese pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was floppy/undercooked and got here cold. I am sure if you eat there you don’t have this issue but its a shame this guy ran a quality food place straight into sub-mediocrity.

Nothing is worse when a restaurant has good food but has poor leadership(or none at all), hasn’t mastered good logistics or just has incompetent staff. I ordered from here a couple weeks ago. I live literally right down the street from this place. The pizza and wings took almost 2 hours to get here. When they did, the wings were room temperature cold and the pizza was cold. I called back and asked to speak to the manager; the owner answered(johnny) and he apologized and offered me comps. I told him I wasn’t looking for anything free and that he needed to know how horrible my experience was. He said to call and ask for him next time I place my order and he will take care of me. A few days ago, I decided to give them a try because the food is good when it is served and cooked properly. I ordered 2 pasta entrees and a 2 liter of coke. I called and asked to speak to management so they didn’t mess this order up as I had friends over. Some other manager answered and i told him I didn’t want my order to be messed up like last time so please watch this one. He said he will make extra sure. an hour later, the food is «warm» and the 2 liter was missing. I called back and asked to send the guy back and they said«oh we didn’t have pepsi. we only had coke.» So… You were going to let me pay for the pepsi and just not send it because you didn’t have it? They did give me half off and the coke did show up 20 minutes later. The food was good but again, nothing is worse when a restaurant has good food but poor leadership. If the owner/manager can’t even properly make sure a previous guests bad experience is good the second time to maintain a neighborhood relationship, how can I trust the staff to? Never again.

For this style of pizza, it’s the best that we have ever had delivered. If your not interested in that doughy average pizza, definitely give them a shot! Good in the oven for a few minutes when cold outside.

I’m gonna make this quick. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter. I live a few blocks from these guys, my first pizza took an hour to get here, when it arrived it was ice cold and the crust was completely burnt. I tried to get a refund but the man on the phone insisted on sending me a fresh pie so I let him. When the second pie arrived to my surprise it was still cold, and with a worse pepperoni spread. The crust didn’t appear to be burnt this time, but upon further inspection the bottom was burnt. I kinda wish I kept the first pie. Pizza was actually pretty tasty but the burnt crust ruined it too much. If you guys don’t know how to properly use a brick oven; either sell the place or take a class because I won’t be ordering from here again. There is a laundry list of good pizzerias I could have ordered from but I made the mistake of giving Brick oven a chance. Should have kept the 20 in my wallet.
