Presidente Supermarket

If I could give a negative star I would. I hardly ever find what I am looking for in this supermarket. They don’t carry organic products (besides rotten lettuce and eggs) and to top it off they sell rotten meats. The only reason why I have gone to this supermarket is because it is the only one that is on my way home. I have bought chicken breasts 3 times from here and 2 out of the 3 the chicken was rotten and no good. Last night I bought and opened 1 of the 2 trays of chicken and found it to be rotten so I threw it away and returned the other one today. They refused to give me credit for the one I threw away even though I brought a receipt and proof that the one I brought was rotten. On top of them refusing to give me a refund the lady decides to raise her voice at me and was not one bit apologetic about them selling this quality of meat. They need to work on customer service and having better quality products. I will never recommend this place and would actually advise anyone to stay away from this supermarket.

Muchas gracias Presidente Supermarket for the Cuban sandwich that you made for me. Yes I did come in after you closed your deli area but thanks to my Cuban uncle who pleaded for you to make me one, you graciously did. It was actually really good. The Cuban bread for this sandwich is key… I can’t see how this sandwich can be made properly without Cuban french bread.
I don’t know if I’ll ever come back in here without my uncle with me…

I used to go there several times a week doing all my groceries until I got tired of the incredible rude Dheli, Bakery and fresh meet section. The store itself is actually very nice since they renovated and prices are not bad! Because of the extremely slow, rude and ignorant service I take my money to Normandy now. Tropical Supermarket and Bay Supermarket are much better in service.

This Presidente is far less ghetto than the one on 125^th.
The prices here are typically far lower than Publix and Winn Dixie. The produce is a fraction of the price of Publix and much better quality.
The service is much more friendly and efficient than Publix.
They have a good lunch and bakery counter.

They have some good specials at that store but what I like is that cafeteria they have pretty good food $ 7.50 any meal cant beat it.

Very disappoint it with this supermarket
I brought a Tylenol for my daughter today march 26 2014 and the expiration date was aug 2013
I went to talked to the manager and she did not even said sorry or apologize for this huge mistake… She just gave me the money back (because I had the recipe) and that was all .
How a supermarket can carry on medicine and specially kids medicine the his expired ???
I will report this incident to the county …
