Great coffees etc Such a nice staff but the wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous. They would get more of my business daily if that line wasn’t always so long.

Always excellent service, only twice have I had to go back in & have them do my Frappacino right. It was during training, but they are a training store. Always friendly. That’s pretty cool for 3 years of going there. Keep up the good work. Lisa C

This location almost always has a backed up drive thru line or gets my order wrong. I usually only go here if I need the convenience of the drive thru. The staff is almost always polite. I prefer the Starbucks across the street in Von’s!

This Starbucks definitely is different then the others. This morning they were out of oatmeal and out of a spoons! The poor cashier was so embarrassed and frustrated. I am hoping the manager sees this and straightens up the store. Otherwise I will get my coffee and oatmeal at another place.

Mobile ordering slow, coffee not hot, customer service lacking. Not delivering on the fundamentals of a coffee shop.

my husband and I showed up 15 minutes(10:30PM) before they closed on a Monday night and we were welcomed like it was a regular morning like it was 5am. the manager of this store was the kindest most genuine mother/manger/fabulous woman we have ever met… you dont meet alot people in your life especially in retail/food service that love their job and their employees … thank you for you kindness, and for treating us like family & sharing your story and passion and not like a gift card. Bless you and may the new year bring you and all your fabulous employees peace, love, happiness and rock solid Starbucks!!!

Have a full tank of gas in drive through, and hope you’re not claustrophobic. The wait is always longer than most. I doubt the barista knows difference between espresso and cappuccino.

One of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. There was nobody in line and it still took way longer than it should have to get our drinks. Go to the Starbucks in the vons across the street if you are desperate.

Although they were having a bad day with an expresso machine down and working with only 1 they kept messing up everyone’s order. I have never seen such a mess lol it was quite funny but I was in a good mood and in no hurry so although they forgot 2 of our of 6 of my orders and messed up on another 2, they were extremely kind and willing to make sure we were happy as well as the other customers. Many customers were frustrated but I knew if I complained in another manner other then understanding their situation the employees would have a crummy day. So this happened at 1 pm Dec/13/3015 the young man with the blond hair I have to say thank you for doing your best on trying to get everyone’s order correct. I am sure you were frustrated but you handled it very well.

First off… The boy at the drive through was less then friendly… We ordered Venti drinks and asked for a water but they said they can’t do that… No water… I get we are on restrictions but seriously… Only complimentary sized water cup… By that meaning a triangle paper cup…

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by somebody in the service industry. On 10/23, approximately 7:00AM, I ordered a regular and decaf coffee. The young blonde at the register politely told me that I would have to wait 3 minutes for the decaf because there was none made. Julie hears my reply about waiting and became argumentative with the poor blonde girl. As the two of them kept discussing this situation, I finally interrupted and said, «Can you just start making it instead of arguing about it? I’m kind of in a hurry.» That seemed to snap everybody back into reality and they started working again. Here is the part that gets worse. Julie looks at me and with the most rude, nasty tone, tells me that they were not arguing about it and they were making it the whole time. I repeated what I said, and so did Julie(so at this point she is actually arguing with ME now, not just the poor girl working with her). So I added, «That is not what I saw.» I waited at the station where the napkins and cream are. I stood and watched them work. Julie loudly calls out an order to a customer sitting at that table where they hand out the drinks. Within a few moments she VERYQUIETLY calls out my order. Oh! It gets better. I ask for her name. She says«Julie.» I walk to the creamer station and start adding it my drink and Julie starts on her rant! Funny thing; she couldn’t call out my order loudly, yet she had no problem stating this next bit clear as a bell. «You just can’t say anything anymore! I can’t believe it! You just can’t say anything!» It was so loud, so unacceptable, so rude, so inappropriate, so unnecessary. How does she keep her job? I feel sorry for the other great employees at this starbucks that have to work for her; especially that sweet blonde girl. This is starbucks, Julie. Calm down and be nice. I am the most non confrontational person I know. For me to speak up, it has to be bad! I am looking forward to speaking with the manager about this. I don’t think Erin would appreciate the customers and employees being treated poorly. Sorry for the low rating. Everything else about this starbucks has always been great.

This Starbucks is terrible. I literally was late to work because I got stuck in the drive thru for 25 mins. The person taking the drinks had a horrible echo and was yelling at us like it was our fault that she couldn’t hear and was super rude to the person behind me. Today I went and there was 1 car in front of me and it still took them 15 mins! why have a drive thru if you obviously cant be fast enough manning it? Also every time I have ordered a drink that is supposed to have whipped cream they leave it off and dont bother asking if i want any when i order. Ill stick to the AG one where they actually know what they are doing!

I’m extremely upset at how this woman was treating all of her fellow coworkers this morning at 10:15 on 9⁄12. I understand you’re busy and you have a lot of coffees to make, but that doesn’t mean that you can tell at the new blonde kid behind the counter in front of countless guests. She was demeaning him in front of me when I ordered a mango black tea lemonade and he apologized and said that we were out. When he asked why it was on the new board she said, «I don’t know, why don’t you call up Starbucks and ask them why. Get back to the order. Help your customers»… Which is exactly what he was doing. I work in customer service and know that the higher ups sure wouldn’t appreciate someone yelling at their fellow employee. Granted, he seemed like he didn’t smile much, but I wouldn’t be smiling either if people were treating me like crap. Next, someone didn’t pick up their drink and she had a comment for EVERYTHING. «I guess nobody wants this green tea water» or whatever that was. She’s lucky I’m not in the mood for confrontation, or I’d say something in front of everyone. She doesn’t deserve to work here.

If it weren’t for the convenience of the drive though I probably would never return to this store. My drinks are consistently not prepared the way I ask. I’m regularly«corrected»(only at this store) in the way I order my doppio espresso-although another store instructed me to order it the exact way, and no other stores have trouble with the way I order it. I’ve been going to the other local Starbucks stores for 10+ years – so often that I’m known on a first name basis by most of the baristas and my drink is almost always ready before I’ve even paid for it. Nipomo has the worst customer service overall, rude staff, and very inconsistent drinks when compared to the other local stores. Not impressed. This store needs an overhaul of staff STAT!

I got a parking spot right out front, I like that(though it’s never a deterrent if I have to park further away; if I want coffee, I’ll walk for it). I walked in and before I gave my order, the barista offered me a free yogurt from the cold case. I don’t know why they were getting rid of them, but it was a nice touch. Unfortunately I was driving another two+ hours to Southern California so I had to skip the treat. My coffee came out pretty quickly and tasted great, as usual. The baristas were nice.
