We are from out of town and were concerned when our car started making odd sounds. We were pleasantly surprised by their honesty & excellent service. The car was evaluated promptly and within their estimated time. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This service facility exceeded our expectations! Locals are lucky to have them in their neighborhood!

Reliable, honest, polite and timely. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so. Its your car — wheels — you need to be able to trust them and I do. If they have to replace a tire in my absence — they always save it so that they can show you the issue when you come to pick up your car. Not necessary but comforting that they do.

I have used these guys for years, since 1995, when they were a Big 10 store.
The staff are courteous and they do quality work. I have had occasions where I have had to go back (twice, I believe) to have them rebalance tires. Otherwise, they have been very good.
Someone wrote that they aren’t competitive on price. I don’t agree. Their retail position is a bit high, but when I have presented them with other local pricing, they have been accommodative.
Finally, on a couple of occasions, I have had pricing they couldn’t meet. In those cases (belts & hoses), they have allowed me to supply the parts and they have done the work.
All in all, a reliable group that does good work!
