UNO fresco

My first experience here with the food wasn’t necessarily the greatest ever (my pizza was a slightly burnt from them trying to keep it warm and they had sent us home with the wrong dressings) however, I have to say, I went back with my rather well-​done pizza to get it remade and it was FABULOUS!!! Best pizza in the area… Fresh and made to order. Reminds me of north end style… delicious and fast!!!

Used a free coupon entrée, took a while, they sent two salads to us by mistake and gave to us for free.
Inside very nice, spent a lot on renovations, pizza i got just like regular uno’s, chicken panini very good as well
Overall, satisfied.

Overall a great new addition to the neighborhood. The food was very good — we ordered individual pizzas and a side salad. I would have rated 4 stars but it seems there are some kinks to be worked out with the staff and training. I ordered take out and my buzzer didn’t go off when my order was ready so I ended up waiting over 20 minutes and by then our pizzas were barely warm. She tried to explain to me that the cashier didn’t put my buzzer number on the receipt but it appeared like I was the only one waiting for take out, so I should have been checked on. I don’t think I heard a «sorry». Also, this is small, but when I arrived, I put my first order in and then had to start all over again because she needed to get my name first. Just a weird sequence and she should have asked for it versus waiting for me to put my order in and then ask for it and do it all over again. I’ll still try again, for sure!

The interior is beautiful, modern, and inviting. The staff are very friendly and were extremely welcoming. The food is delicious. I got the build your own salad– there were so many fresh choices!!! Great environment, perfect workers, delicious good. I will definitely be coming back for more!!! Ps. I came here with a large groups and there was not one complaint !!!

Went here at 5pm xmas eve just on a whim. When we got to the door they were locking up as was EVERY business on Needham st. The manager could not have been more gracious. He invited us in, «no problem. I can make you a salad or a pizza, anything but deep dish. Take about 20 minutes.»
everyone in the place was warm and good natured even though we were technically messing up their night. So big props for a great attitude and the pizza was EXCELLENT. We will definitely be going back to try some more menu items.

I work near uno fresco. The food is delicious but the waiting is bad. I recommend order online for pick up. Maybe because they are new. But the food is good.

Actually not getting any better. Getting worse. I blame management. Morons. They even mailed out coupons to area residents. They had an incorrect phone number on it. Nice work! Recently ordered by phone. Came when food was supposed to be ready. Waited. Waited. Eventually asked about my order. Woman went and finally discovered it had been sitting in a warming over. Woman then asked me who I talked to when I first got there. I said YOU! So off I went with my pizza and now, always burnt gluten free pizza. Really wanted this place to be decent. It’s so close and I like a nice Chicago Classic Deep Dish every now and then, but…
