I went to get a pedi and manicure at this location. It was one of those days when I couldn’t go to my regular spa place because they were fully booked. The woman was really nice and friendly. She did a good job and the manicure lasted me a little over 2 weeks. My nails don’t chip often and this is a normality for my manicures. However, I am a little bit OCD. I found this place to be dirty. For example, when I was drying my nails, I could see dust on their fans. The massage chairs are very old– with cracks and all that. They don’t have a wide variety of nail polishes. But if you don’t care about cleanliness, then this is a place for you. Cheaper than next door which is $ 10 more. Otherwise, cleanliness should be a MUST for spas. I go to a super spotless spa and I don’t mind paying $ 15 more than what I paid here because I know that I will not get fungus or any skin related disease because they are not clean. Bathrooms are also blah.

$ 12 manicures that last a solid 4 or 5 days on me with zero chipping, and I’m pretty tough on my hands. Definitely not a fancy place, but I’ve found all the staff to be super sweet and I’ll keep coming back and will definitely try a pedicure as well if we ever get sandal weather!

I don’t know why I haven’t already reviewed place! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have done standard manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, and acrylic overlays. I love, love, love it here. Everyone does a great job but I have been seeing Elaine for my acrylic for about a year. She is wonderful! Also, their prices are totally reasonable for what a great job they do! Absolutely recommend Paris Nails!

I love getting pedicures because they totally get down on ur toes and they do a quality job. I am a total nail junky and have gone to all places in Brighton /Allston area they do best pedicure. As for the manicure and full set stuff I hate getting it done there they don’t use soap for the manicure water and for the full set the nails break within a week .the guy that I went to a few times usually hurt my fingers :(

Excellent pedicures!!! They do a great job here, even though I don’t live in the area anymore I still drive out to get my nails done! My nails always look great for weeks!

Good prices($ 75 for two mani/pedis). Pedicure chairs are worn and duct-taped, but that would really be my only complaint. The two women who took care of my daughter and me were efficient and pleasant and we are happy with the results. I would definitely return. It’s not fancy, but we were well taken care of. Also appreciated is how well they spoke English.

I’ve been going to Kim for years now. I started going to Paris Model Nails because I lived in the neighborhood. I moved out of town, but I still make regular trips back to Newton to see Kim. The salon could use a little decorating, but the pedicures are top notch! I have yet to be disappointed by anyone working there.

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon when it was completely dead. I was apalled by the dirty conditions. Stuff left out all over. Dirty, dirty, dirty. This place was a disaster. Worst manicure I have ever had.

The closest thing to a NY Asian nail salon that I’ve found in the Brighton/West Newton area. Prices are awesome, I had a great pedicure last weekend and the staff is warm and friendly. $ 25 for a pedicure, accomodated me and my three friends with no problem. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Paris Model Nails for a few years now. Kim is great; she definitely remembers everyone. I’m a huge fan of the pedicures — always very thorough and leave my toes nicely painted for weeks. It’s definitely not a ‘luxury’ salon but for friendly service, reasonable prices and great pedis I keep coming back!

When I was new to town, I had trouble finding a new nail place that I liked. Then one boring weeknight I ended up here, and I’ve been going back twice a month since. It’s nice to see Kim. She does a nice job with acrylics, much more attention to detail than other places I’ve been. And for $ 20 a fill, that’s quite good for the area. Regular manicures and pedicures have been decent as well. She has quite a following going for herself too — there’s always at least a few regulars there when I go in, and Kim knows everyone by name. If you go on a weekday you can usually squeak by without an appointment, but on weekends don’t even bother. There’s only the couple of them working, which is nice cuz I know them all now, but it can make for a longer wait.
