Dots

RUDE STAFF! Horrible selection of clothes! The store never has small sizes and the staff is just plain rude.
I had never been to a Dots before I moved to Rhode Island and the first few times I went there, I was okay with some of the selections of their clothes. For the most part, it is just plain trash. However, every time I went in, the first thing I noticed was the rudeness of the staff. every time I walked in, I was ignored. I would have to wait a few minute at the dressing rooms even though I was the only one in the store. Getting anyone’s attention was like pulling teeth or trying to run up a 90 degree slope in 100 degree weather! Impossible!
The one time I had especially bad service and complained about it, I did receive a call from the district manager who apologized repeatedly and sent me a $ 10 gift card to get me to return. That is why it is getting ONE star!
