It’s like they were purposely ignoring the fact I was in the building. Only had a few questions, but I got them answered online while waiting for a «hi» or «hello» or even «go to hell» that never came. Three employees and only one other customer. They all seemed unhappy. I did ultimately leave happy, though… I found what I was looking for at another retailer online for about 30% less.

Their selection of children’s jewelry is small but it includes some beautiful pieces! I was very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received!

Little torn on this place. I called looking for Alex & Ani bracelets and Whitney answered the phone. She was kind, helpful and very sweet — she said come on in and she’ll help me find something, just ask for her when I get there. I show up 10 minutes later and ask for her and am pointed in the right direction. I waited nearby and someone tells her I am looking for her. She sees me and points at the bracelets. I walk over and she never says a word to me again. Another gentlemen comes over and helps me. The checkout process was a big lengthy. Overall I felt like I was bamboozled. I entered the store very excited and left feeling used.

My girlfriend and I went here to look at the watches. The salesman, named Rand, was very helpful. At first, we were not going to buy anything, but he gave us his full attention and treated us well and did not pressure us to buy anything today. My girlfriend found this watch that she really liked, and we ended up buying it, especially since it was on sale. He is so nice that he gave us an additional 5% on top of the sale price. We were able to have great conversations with him. It’s always nice for salesmen to do that. It’s a way for them to get to know you better and just have good PR with their customers. He also have us a free jewelry cleaning as well. If you’re in the market for some jewelry or a new watch, make sure to ask for Rand. He does a wonderful job. He will not disappoint!
