I’ve been to many nail salons and no offense this has to be one of the worst experiences. My mother and I decided to have a mother daughter date and I thought maybe this place could help us with some well deserved pampering. For my mother in law I requested a spa pedicure as well as a manicure with gel polish. Her lady was very polite, made sure she was comfortable at all times, and truly satisfied with her service. Which was outstanding customer service if I may add. If I’m not mistaken(don’t quote me on this lol) her name was Rose… Now for myself I requested a spa pedicure as well and a gel full set. Both of my services were completed by a lady by the name of Kim. During my pedicure I was asked if I wanted to clip my nails shorter and I replied yes. She clipped my nails so uneven and after politely pointing it out by saying, «Ma’am if it’s not too much to ask may I have my nails a little more evenly square please and thank you.» She then looked at me with a very unhappy stare and started speaking another language. She never replied yes or no, nor did she fix my issue. When she started polishing my toes her hands shook really bad. I am not one to discriminate or be disrespectful and ask for another tech because of that minor issue. Well, once she began polishing my toes they were very streaky and had lots of spaces on the sides that had little to no polish. On to my gel nail full set… Starting off I thought they were ok until Ms. Kim laid the gel down on to my nails. They were very thin. Like paper thin. So thin that if I accidentally hit it they would break no questions asked. Again, very very very politely, trying not to offend my tech I said, «Thank you so much for servicing me today Kim.» She replied, «you’re welcome.» I then said because I am an active mother may you please do these a tad bit thicker, but not huge block nail thick and we both began to chuckle. She said no problem. And she did so. As she laid more gel on the first nail she was working on I seen it getting entirely too thick. The huge block nails that we were laughing about. She assured me that once she used the drill and buffed them they would be the ideal thickness… Wrong ! After saying ma’am these aren’t getting any smaller. She began yelling at me saying, you asked for thick I gave you thick no if I thin them out and they break don’t come in here complaining thinking you’re going to get something free. I was extremely offended. I said ma’am no problem if they break I won’t complain, I’ll even pay extra for the extra work you have to do. I don’t at all expect your services to be free of charge. She again repeated that same horrible line about if the break 4 more times. Once I couldn’t take it any longer I said ma’am please, you don’t have to say it again. I got it thank you very much. Needless to say, They never got thinner and as far as the polish again… Same as toes… Really streaky, uneven, lots of negative space with no polish. And if I may add there was so much gel on my cuticles when I went to another salon to have it fixed my cuticles were ripped to pieces and bloody just trying to have the gel tacked on my cuticles removed with the small nail nippers. I’m sorry to say that I will not return because of my experience.

This place is fantastic! But I am a little bias since I have one lady that has been doing my pedicures and gel nails for a couple of years now. Hannah is very personable and kind. I first saw her after I bashed my thumb looking all black and blue and the nail was coming off. She consoled me letting me know that it would be OK and it would look as just fine. She is a master at design and very creative while listening to what you want done. She also does my eye brows while I am there, the cooling gel is essential for me since I do not always give in to the pain of being a well cared for woman. I would recommend this business hands down.

Okay there are two nail salons in the mall this is the one near Charlotte Russe and then there is Hollywood Nails near H&R Block. DONOT go to Hollywood Nails, they have visible roaches crawling around, the place is confined and the waxing lady will burn your eyelids! SO, Nail Pro is your best bet if you are in a hurry or just lounging around Patrick Henry. Nail Pro is much bigger and somewhat cleaner than the other nail salon. The service is a hit or miss, but if Dana is working than definitely request her. She is reasonable chatty and takes her time with waxing and manicures. I have been here plenty of times to the point where most of the ladies recognize me, and while most of them are good at what they do some of the younger ones have an attitude and rush when there are not even busy just to watch soap operas on their laptops and tablets. If you are not a regular or of a certain ethnicity they rush your service from what I’ve seen. Some of them can be pushy with the sales and can be rude if you refuse it… hasn’t happen to me because I’ll just walk out but it has happened to a couple of my friends. The prices are somewhat more expensive, for example 30 bucks for gel manis when on the outside I usually pay 25 but come on, its the mall! Waxing is standard prices, just make sure they do not double dip the waxing sticks! That being said this is the only place I trust my eyebrow arches with and that depends on who is doing them! The pedicures are good nothing spectacular however some of the ladies do beautiful nail design by hand so if you are willing to spend some extra money than go for it. Overall, and I mean this in the least offensive way possible– it is one of the better Asian owned salons that take care of their customers who are regulars and have somewhat of a cleaning standard. For a mall… I have definitely seen worse salons in the area!

DONOTGOHERE!!! If i could give it zero stars I would. I got my nails done here and within an hour the nails was already chipping off. They effed up the design and that ended up chipping of By the second day. I will NEVER go there again

I came here a few times to do basic mani & pedi with my husband. The results weren’t anything ohhh lalala. I felt that I could’ve done better. The mister likes getting his brows tamed here… I think it’s because of convenience because it’s in the mall and near where we live. Prices are whatever(I guess somewhat typical for this area… I’m use to cheaper prices coming from the west coast.) I tried getting eyelash extensions here once and the stupid witch effed it up. I knowww how the results are suppose to be and it was all jacked up. What I hated most was when I told her how it should be and how to fix it, she said I shouldn’t touch it and just let it sit for a while. While from afar the results look semi decent… u close and what the actual result should be were HORRIBLE. She had the nerve to not listen to my wishes on how I wanted my results to look and even snipped my REAL natural lashes to make them shorter!!!(I have naturally LONGGG lashes) and it was due to her *uck up on not listening to me with the reason in her having to cut my dam lashes. Since then I’ve became a hater and refuse to give them anymore of my service.

Pretty good prices, $ 22 for basic pedicure and $ 30 for gel color. A little rough with the cuticle snippers
