Ron and Irina are a superhero duo for holistic health!
They are both incredibly knowledgable, kind, fun to talk to, interesting, respectful, and they uphold a wonderful facility with a top notch service: the best damn hydrotherapy!
Irina is the specialist who sees to your needs during the session. She makes you feel totally comfortable, gives you belly massages which help to lessen colon cramps, if you get them, and also helps to encourage movement. She has a warm, comforting stomach pillow that she places on your colon for comfort. And she can also look through the clear part of the tube to see what kind of stuff is coming out of you, and she can visually see if there is an underlying cause for any digestive-​tract related health concern you may have.
That may sound gross, but hey, we’re talking about poo here…
Irina is from Russia and was trained and certified in Russia and I believe also in America. (They both have so many certifications on the walls, it’s nuts.) They can pretty much counsel you in how to live a happier, healthier life all around.
They add salt to the water for it’s mineral properties, which makes the water less harsh, resulting in less cramping.
During the session, they also put a high quality liquid probiotic blend into the machine so that you get probiotics directly when you need it! You also get some oxygen therapy (which basically makes you fart non-​stop for a full minute. ;) it’s kind of fun).
The rooms are decorated very nicely. There is some kind of pretty flashy hypnotic light thing on the walk opposite of the bed. It’s nice to look at, and is relaxing if you are nervous. They also have other things to occupy your mind if you are nervous for any reason. They play nice soothing music, and the lights are low, light by a glow of a Himalayan salt lamp.
After the session, you get a probiotic capsule and an electrolyte drink. (They also offer free beverages and snacks outside on the counter, if you are hungry).
Oh and bonus, you burn something ridiculous like, 2,000. Don’t quote me on that, but it’s a good amount of calories burned. ;)
I could seriously go on and on. But bottom line, this place is amazing. The people are amazing, the session is amazing. If you have any digestive distress, or just feel tired, fatigued, weighed down or bloated, this is what you want to be doing.

I had a friend rave about this kind of «alternative» stuff. I have to say that I went in with an open mind and came out thinking yup, it’s as big a b.s. as you think it is.
The people are very nice. And the facility is very clean.
The treatment, while strange, offered me zero benefits. No weight loss, no energy boost, no better skin, nada. Nothing the believers wax on about actually happened as a result of the treatment.
While this center is very nice and their facility is clean, I’d say the core idea is b.s. and the treatment itself was pure hokum at best.

AMAZING!!! The best word to describe my whole experience at Lighten Up Health Center. From the time I first made the phone call, to walking through their door, I never felt so comfortable for doing something that is so «uncomfortable». The place is spotless. They make you feel so relaxed. If you are looking to feel amazing and healthy this is your place. It is crazy to find out how many health issues are related to an unhealthy colon. Even if you are regular this is such a great way to ensure that all the toxins that build up over time come out! I have so much energy today. I feel amazing! The procedure is painless and not at all what I expected. This was the best money Ive spent in a very long time! I actually cant wait to go back! Thank you Lighten Up Health Center !

When it comes to certain things, such as crucial bodily functions, I believe that you really can’t settle. So, following a 10-​day Master Cleanse detox a friend recommended I have a proper colonic, to ensure that final clearing, if you will. Having never tried this before I was, naturally, curious and scared. Ron makes you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you arrive and provides a wealth of knowledge.
This is THE only health center to try if you are in the market for a colonic treatment.

This place is amazing! There are certain subjects that are taboo. But once you talk about it you realize that many are interested but may be to embarrassed. When I came here I was full of anxiety. But after doing to much Googling I knew that I wanted to give it a try learning the results it will produce… A healthier lighter me! They are very friendly and explain everything from start to finish. They don’t just throw you in a room with curiosity. Ron wants to get to know you first and learn the reasons why you are there. Irina is wonderful. It was so easy, and believe it or not relaxing! I told my friends about it not caring what they thought and have actually peeked their interest to try it themselves. I can’t wait to go back to do it again! The friendliest people in the world that want to provide the best results!
