Yogurt Madness

I enjoy frozen yogurt a lot and this place does satisfy. Lots of toppings to choose from and the staff is very happy and upbeat.
Only issues would be the yogurt itself could have some more variety and .51/​oz is expensive but you will get that price at most places I suppose.
Overall, if you are craving some fro yo, this is place to go on the turnpike.

Lots of froyo and topping options. Clean. Cheap. Super friendly and helpful guy running the store while I was in there. What more can you ask for in a froyo destination, y’all?

The BEST of this type of place. Highest quality. Best taste. Greeting everytime and friendly. Seriously the only froyo place worth the price.

I wasn’t particularly blown away by the pumpkin spice froyo I tried. The place could have used some better lighting. I do like the «rainbow cookie» topping.
I’ll give it another shot.

A-​OK. There are tons of toppings and it’s only $.51/​oz. For perspective, this meant I could take 6 girls for frozen yogurt for just under $ 20. Also, they have the sample cups out so you can get your own sample. I really appreciated that. Other places treat them like gold and make you feel weird if you want to try more than one.
I was a little disappointed that there were only 8 flavors to choose from, and I wasn’t a fan of the tart (it is true plain yogurt, so healthier but not as yummy). Only other downside is that it feels a little dark by the machines and toppings.

I am such a fan of this yogurt! First let me say the staff is always friendly and the owner has thought of everything you would want with your frozen yogurt. It is clean and the yogurt combinations that change frequently keeps my family coming back and trying something new. My son which is 7 has so much fun creating whatever «yogurt madness» he can come up with. You can go very healthy with this treat or say screw it and load up with everything from cheesecake bites, brownies, marshmellows and more! I LOVE YOGURT MADNESS… btw, the hours are awesome! They are open late.

A great place with a rotating and seasonal selection.

Cute little frozen yogurt shop with an interesting set up. You pay for your yogurt by the ounce. There wasn’t as many yogurt flavors as I thought there would be, but what they lacked in flavors they made up in toppings. There is tons of option. The resulting mixture was decent, but I nothing notable. It’s more of a fun place to take kids. I don’t want to blame the shop, but I did get a little sick off of a peanut butter/​vanilla combo with oreo cookie toppings, but with all the little hands touching all over everything, I can see where it could be breeding ground for bacteria if not properly maintained.

I won a free froyo from here on facebook ! It was awesome, and the staff was friendly. It’s a great place to get together with friends on a summer day, and the flavor selection was incredible, especially their special of the day which was a caramel pretzel concoction… better than Ice Cream! I love going here with my girlfriends. And the toppings bar is beyond phenomenal in variety. They even had agave nectar to pour on your yogurt! I’ve been wanting to try agave nectar forever and I finally got the chance to, and I loved it. The prices are also excellent. I had gone to my first froyo place in Newport, and 2 froyos, about 11 ozs, somehow added up to $ 16.00! And it wasn’t even that good! I was afraid to buy yogurt after that ! But here I bought one cup for myself and it was 6oz and only 3.50 or something like that. And it was heavenly. I will never fear buying froyo again, as long as I go to Yogurt Madness!

No in all seriousness the flavors for great and the topping variety insane. Twix bars? Graham Cracker crumbs? Lucky Charms fruit mushrooms whaaattt???
Price was right, yogurt was great. Do yourself a favor and get some.

As this trend of self serve yogurt places starts to expand. This places is as good as all the others. Nuvita has the trendy coffee house look, Fro-​Yo has the pop and bright lightslike other ice cream places. Yogurt Maddness was great. Will be there again!

= Yogurt Madness!
Pinkberry’s fantastic of course, but these guys just kicked ‘em off the top of the mountain as far as I’m concerned. At Yogurt Madness, you’ll still have great yogurt, but you’ll have more fun, and even pay a little less if you mind your portions.
I had their plain tart yogurt this evening (I like plain, don’t judge me!), with exotic toppings like mini chocolate covered pretzels, cookie dough morsels, raspberry filled chocolate mini cups, «chocolate rocks,» heath bar pieces, fresh blueberries, and strawberry syrup. Yum.
Grab a cup, take some yogurt, load up on what seems like a hundred different toppings, and get charged by the ounce. I find it to be a much more fun, unique, and expedient frozen yogurt experience.
You want some. Oh yes, you want some now.

This time, I cut out a coupon from a Check It Out! magazine I found at Gold Burgers…
My trip was very much uncomplicated. I drove up. I got out of the car. I went in and went straight to the yogurt machine. I was able to try some before filling up my cup.
My cup was a mish-​mash pistachio, white chocolate macadamia, and tart. The toppings I selected were blueberries, kiwis, white chocolate chips, and Andres candy bits. All that for $ 2.10 with my coupon, but it wouldn’t be worth $ 4.20 thought. The other flavors available were a Greek blackberry, country vanilla, and classic chocolate. A young man working there told me that they were going to start serving a cookies and cream flavor starting next week!
There is a frequent yogurt card. They are not going to give you one unless you ask. I’m going back only when I have a coupon!

As far as frozen yogurt goes… THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. It’s all self serve, so you make what you want, how you want. Topping choices are incredibly plentiful and have a great variety. The yogurt is great, so much more affordable and much better tasting than the insanely overrated and overpriced Pinkberry in West Hartford. Great Staff, a good loyalty program, and also great to go yogurt containers as well. Highly recommend it!

Love getting frozen yogurt, even better with «creating your own».
The staff behind the counters are friendly, warm and always greeting. Not to mention that the owner actually remembers who you are when you walk in.
The lighting is a little weird, maybe a little bit too bright. And I don’t exactly care for the loud art ball machine thingy on the left side wall.
But those things aside, the flavors change frequently but not too fast, always something new and delicious to try! Toppings GALORE! I swear, if I lived closer it would become an unhealthy relationship, not only for my health, but my wallet as well!

Who gets a craving for froyo at happy hour? Well, we did! While we were finishing up our beers and bar snacks this evening one of my friends suggested that we go to Yogurt Maddess. I had never heard of this place so I was instantly intrigued. As a lover of frozen yogurt I am always interested in finding new places to get my froyo fix.
This store is in a plaza next to a Subway and a Supercuts. That should give you some idea of the general vibe. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the size, the set up, and the offerings. Way in the back is a wall that contains all the yogurt flavors and there are mini cups for people to sample any of the flavors. Once you’ve decided what you want you can help yourself to however much of any flavor you want as one size of large cups are available for self service. They charge by weight.
Todays flavors: dutch chocolate, red velvet, orchard cherry, original tart, cable car chocolate, and creamy vanilla. I tried nearly all the flavors and liked the first three and disliked the original tart. I usually love original tart at other places so this was a disappointment. The self-​serve toppings bar was huge, complete with fruits, cereals, coconut, chocolate, truffles, various assortment of crushed cookies, candies, etc., but none of them looked that fresh. My friends raved about the cheesecake bites so I tried them and they were just ok. The yogurt itself is good but the toppings were not.
The atmosphere was somewhat unpleasant and contributed negatively to the experience. Cheesy attempts at decorating by sticking random things on the wall, a weird ball maze thing that seems out of place, industrial fluorescent lighting, bratty teenage kids throwing tantrums. No thanks.

Have had self serve in Boston and New Haven so I was stoked that one has opened just down the street from me. Went last weekend, four flavors (chocolate/​vanilla/​cheesecake/​strawberry) with the option of swirl.
Great price and flavor was worth it on a half day. The cups are large — so you have to be careful about how much you put in. Great choice of topping.
Went again this weekend and they had angel food cake which was awesome. THink this might be a weekely obsession which is a good and bad thing!

Self serve froyo with tons of topping choices. Priced by weight it is ridic cheap. There were only four flavor choices today but maybe bc it’s so new. Froyo was delish and cheap. Will def be back
