Made an appointment for 9:00 AM cleaning and moved furniture out of the way. called 10 minutes later when no one showed up to do the job and was told by the employee who scheduled the appointment that she ‘forgot’ to include my appointment in the schedule. She tried to find someone to come out to my address but called back to say they couldn’t do it. Stay away from this business — they don’t value their customers.
