My Father recently passed away and his Pond was his THING in life. He was so proud of his fish and how gorgeous the pond was and how beautiful it sounded. Instead of a funeral we had a Celebration of Life and we wanted to make sure the pond was running and perfect for the party.
We sprung a leak and my Mom called these folks and they were so kind to her. She lives just up the road so a sweet young man came and took a look. He fixed the leak and would not let her pay him.
Just as we were talking about what to do with the Pond a few weeks ago, i.e. fill it with dirt or try to keep it going (we are clueless as to the workings of the Pond), it sprung another leak. Mom is super worried about the fish, frustrated, because I think she really wants to keep it, she called on these folks again. Again the same sweet young man came out, fixed her leak and would not take a dime. Wow, when does that happen in this day and age.
Dad has worked extensively, i.e. thousands upon thousands of dollars to another pond place who shall remain nameless and they had zero interest in helping us with anything or answering our questions.
I would highly recommend these folks for any need you may have, we are keeping the pond and these folks will be taking care of it for us.

I recently purchased a home with a pond that was not working. The house was an estate sale so the seller didn’t know any information on how to run the pond so I thought I would hire a professional.
Our service man was nice but really not assertive. I explained that I had heard from a neighbor that there was a leak. I was looking for clear advice on what I should do with this pond but I just got the ‘whatever you would like to do’ kind of attitude. He took the time to show me how different pump sizes would make the pond flow and cleaned it very well. But during the two day process of cleaning the pond lost considerable water. The service man said it must be from the water splashing out along the stream and adjusted some rocks.
48hrs later my 1000 gallon pond was almost empty and the new pump was running dry. He should have had the knowledge to know that there probably was a considerable leak in the piping of pumping system. Splash out! So annoyed!
Don’t think I will be calling them for my next service.
