Inspired to write a review based on my two separate experiences there.
Visit #1, ⁷⁄₂₀₁₅: I bought a printer. Not only did the sales associate assist me in buying a printer that would in the long term save me money (due to lower cost of replacement cartridges, which I failed to consider), he then, without my requesting, searched on his personal phone to «price match» saving me another 50 $ off my purchase.
Visit #2, phone call ¹⁄₂₀₁₆: I had a hardware failure on the printer and since it was still under warranty, I needed a receipt to get it fixed. I didn’t have that receipt. So I called them up, they searched their records back to July, found my receipt, and emailed it to me.
Hooray for customer service!

I am a huge fan of Staples… Really, I am. They have a huge supply of most anything you need to assemble an office from the computers to paperclips. 99% of the time the team member is also very happy to help and work with you to get you what you need. Their prices are fair, the stock is good the stores are big, bright and clean. The problem…
You have to put more help in the store… One or two people, running around to help people, monitor customer issues, try to keep lines moving at the register just doesn’t work. It can also be a mood killer for them.
I like your stores and I think you got real good people running them. Make the investment to hire a couple of part-​timers to fill the shelves and work with the customers… What I have found is that they really enjoy being helpful and seeing satisfied customers.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and to other staples locations. And overall I’ve never really had a wonderful experience in one. But coming here, at least the people have been friendly and decently helpful.
In all my times here, customer service has been slow. I’ve walked around confused for several minutes and even had to search out help. But when they come they are nice and efficient. That’s the only reason I’d give 4 stars to this location.
It was decently stocked — so many different damn inks! And it was clean. That is important.

Came in to purchase some more sheet protectors. I use them for recipes i print out or made copies of to keep them clean and organized nicely.
Before i came to the store i looked up online to see how much it goes for. It has been awhile since i purchased any.
They sold them for about 25 for 7 – 8 bucks. They also had their brand 200 for 20 bucks. So i came in checked the area. Didnt see any. I asked the sales associate his name was either jamal or jerome i wasnt paying attention… and he had to get them down from a top shelf. Turned out they never restocked the shelf or didnt get to it yet.
Came in because that was all i needed on this trip. They had only two registers open. But moving fairly quick. I had the assistant manager ring me up his name was Niko… Was nice enough to look up my staples reward # which is under my mom. And the bill came out to $ 17.53 after tax! I was like wow online it said 20.99. Niko said i had a coupon i applied for you! I had said thank you so much!
Nothing like saving a. Few dollars. Great job staples.
I also rummaged through the clearance section but nothing i needed.
