I learned of RobsTickets through my ITEX barter account. While my experience with RobsTickets was very good with respect to their communication and delivering the tickets I purchased through my ITEX Barter account, I was extremely disappointed to learn RobsTickets sold me tickets they purchased through at 7x+ the amount they paid for them. In fairness RobTickets, I should share I was well aware I was«bartering»(ie no cash exchanged except for the ITEX15% cash fee for a transaction — $ 45) $ 75/ticket for 4 bleacher seat tickets but what I was not aware was I was«paying» a rediculously inflated price for the tickets I could have easily purchase for less than $ 10 each in cash from the Stub hub website!(In other words less than the ITEX transaction fee I had to pay for the barter deal! Yeah — that makes a whole lot of sense doesn’t it??? In my mind, ticket brokers shouldn’t be selling tickets at grossy inflated prices the general public can get themselves from sources the ticket broker is getting them from. But I guess that’s what business is all about — taking advantge of unsuspecting prospects like me :) Boy do I feel like an idiot! Thank you RobsTickets for the $ 260+ lesson. You can count on the fact I won’t be buying(or bartering) tickets from you again — unless of course you are the only agency that has tickets I can’t get anywhere else except maybe another ticket broker(which is what I thought ticket broker services provided. In other words — sourcin hard to find/buy tickets. — — — — — - Moral of this review: Before buying tickets from a ticket broker — do your homework and look online for tickets you are considering buying(or bartering especially). You may be surprised what you might learn.
