Everyone at Flynn’s have been extremely helpful and professional. My husband took our winter car to them on several occasions. They have always kept him informed of the repairs it’s in for, kept to their quote and have resolved whatever issue it is in for. When my husband asked about having some proactive work done they advised that it was not necessary. We will definitely use them for tires as well.

Have been there for tires in oct 2013, then a tire check in Dec 2013. Great service. Quick and helpful. Reasonable price. Courteous staff. Highly recommended

Awful business. Took my ’95 Voyager in for a wheel alignment. They stated they couldn’t do it because they start with the rear wheels, and work to the front. i was told that the rear wheel bearings were shot and needed replaced, and that is why they couldn’t do it. i told them i replaced the rear right wheel bearings, and races, and packed it full of grease, and there was no damn issue, and the rear left bearings and races were fine, all i did was repack them with grease. they still refused to do the alignment, leaving me to drive off with my front tires toe’d inwards, and chirping on the asphalt from uneven alignment after replacing my inner tie rods. I took the van to SEARS, and they did the alignment with no issue, and their 3-D alignment computer screen showed me that the rear tires were a solid axle system, and that there was no alignment/bearing issue that these Flynn’s jokers claimed was deterring them from performing the job themselves. A technician at SEARS told me he took his car to Flynns for a regular inspection, and they failed it with a laundry list of reasons why it failed, and STILL had to pay for the inspection! the SEARS tech told me he took the same car to a Chevy dealership, and they passed it with no issues, and when the tech showed the Chevy garage the list of issues that Flynns wrote up, the Chevy tech laughed and told him there were no issues with these supposed items Flynn’s wrote up, and the car was fine/safe/functional to drive. I was warned about this company, and how they tell you you have more issues than there really are with your vehicle, so they can make more money off suckers. I should have listened about their business practices, and never went there to begin with. Although SEARS is higher priced, they did not give me the run around, and ensured me with confidence that they would get me straightened out with no problem, and set my mind at ease. I do not recommend this company at all for any reason, even if you have coupon, or a hard to pass on deal they advertise — take your vehicle somewhere else, please — they suck!

This place sucks, unless you want to wait 2 hours for an oil change you made an appointment for, it’s run by a bunch of derelicts that are more concerned about what they want for lunch than how long you’ve been waiting! And we have a corporate account!
