I purchased new glasses from this store about 6 months ago. One of the hinges for the earpiece had become bent. I went into the store to see if the hinge could be replaced. When I walked in there were no other customers and four employees. I was ignored for 5 minutes. When someone finally helped me, they looked at my glasses and said that they were not bent, but they are. The person then said something must have hit them. I asked about the warranty on the frames. Myron took my phone number and said he would check and call me. A week later and no call from them. Bad customer service! No attempt to help me. Updated review. The store called 3 weeks after I was in and informed me that the warranty would not cover the hinges on the frame. They did offer to replace the lenses if they were scratched.

This is my new favorite eye exam place. Everyone from the front office to the end of my appointment was friendly and kind. My appointment was with Dr. Tompkins, she was extremely knowledgeable. She explained to me in common terms, and I felt she was able to answer all my questions. My appointment was on-time with no waiting. If your looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go!!!

Dr. Graham and Dr. Thompson are truly amazing ! The first day I met them I knew I would be ok there ! I like how they explain everything and always return phone calls ! Dr. Thompson is very sweet and caring ! She made me feel comfortable and safe at my appointments ! Getting drops put in my eyes was never my favorite thing but finding out that she had the reversal drops made it easier ! She walks me through everything and is always there when you need her !
