Slow service, bad service, how much worse can it get? Seems like the employees have a hidden bias. Not satisfied; one star.

Omg this is the 4^th time I lost a package :(they said they delivered it or put it inside my mailbox but I didn’t get anything at all. So now what? I’m loosing so much packages. I think the mail man are putting packages to a wrong mail boxes. This is the worst post office ever!

I wish I could give no stars. Their customer service is absolute zero. I have a PO box there for 10 years. I had auto pay and paid for the box online. They still locked me out and now I have to wait for the office to open because one employee can not take 2 seconds to answer a knock on the door. Fix your system. Be more customer oriented. I know you lose millions every year and no one uses you any more, but care a little about the few who do. They have secure jobs and don’t care about the public. I blame the managers. If u hear a knock, take a second to say either, we can check on that, or that will have to wait until we open. 2 seconds, maybe 3.

The manager is unprofessional, rude, and careless! I had a package shipped to National City, CA from Hawaii with a guaranteed arrival date of Friday, ⁴⁄₁₇ by noon (PAID $ 92.85 for shipping). It DID NOT arrive ON TIME! I called the post office the same day, but the phone kept ringing with no voicemail message. I called the toll free 800 number that is listed online but they were closed. Long story short, I ended up picking up the package the following day to find everything inside the box destroyed all because the package wasn’t handled with care and it was NOT DELIVERED on time! The manager was absent on Saturday, so I left them a note to call me. 4 days later I still haven’t receive a call… I ended up calling them today finally spoke to the senior manager. She told me there was nothing she could do about this problem since I did’n’t have evidence that the postman didn’t drop it off or leave a note on the door. She didn’t acknowledge any wrong doing but rather proclaimed that I have needed proof that it wasn’t delievered on the GUARANTEED DELIVERY date of 4|17. What an idiot! The tracking records showed I picked it up at the post office! NO APOLOGIES or refund… I’m escalating this to corporate! Everyone, please DO NOT ship your package with USPS I’d recommend using FED-​EX instead-​they have far better service and guarantee proper communication with accuracy on delivery time!

TERRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. 30min — 1Hr wait time.
You would think the USPS could hire a few extras for God sakes!!!

This review goes to the mailman who delivers the mail in one of the business close to paradise valley hospital. He does not have common courtesy. I really hope they replace him cause he is rude and he will sometimes talk back at you. One other thing, if someone else is covering him for a day, please train your staff properly as to: not to leave the outgoing mail behind, train your people to TAKE EVERYTHING with them… Jeeeez. I’m so glad I personally use email and I pay ALL my bills online, I never use the post office unless I order someting online, I wish the USPS dissapears for good.

If you want your mail to arrive on time don’t drop it off at this location. I am forced to use this post office because I work down the street. I dropped by DMV registration off one day before it had to be post marked and received a late fee by the DMV stating my check was post marked AFTER the due date. This has happened before with other items. One time an important business check was lost.
Other issues include no parking after 3:30.

Huge disaster with getting my mail & packages since I moved to national city… Have come here numerous times to resolve such issues & the staff is always sooooooo helpful, kind and patient. :)
The supervisor, Eduardo, went above & beyond to help me today and it was very much appreciated.

Seriously?.. The people there are Rude! You are public servants! So I went in today to see about opening up a PO box because the pansy mailman here got chased by my dog & made a complaint. My dog didn’t bite anyone as he is friendly. So to avoid any further arguments I figured I would go in and see if installing a fence would get them to deliver again but the supervisor Jorge Ibarra was being an asshole and acted like he didn’t give a fuck and I was gonna start getting belligerent but decided against it… Anyways this place needs new people. The customer service there was lacking.

I needed an item and I had ordered in online. A week went by and it still hadn’t arrived. I called my local post office and they were rude, said they didn’t carry it. Why? If you want people to use your service, it would make sense to have it in stock, no?
I called several other post offices, finally reaching George at the National City office. George searched and found what I was looking for. It was waiting for me when I arrived. He & Rey were so helpful! Thank you for great customer service.

I went into this post office just today to mail my first Ebay package ever. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. He informed me that I had put the wrong label on and showed me which one to pick from ebay and even directed me to a cheaper flat rate box. That’s some good old United States of America type of service. Friendly, direct, and courteous!
