I came in to get a few things, a WiFi hot spot, keyboard for tablet and ear buds. I was greeted quickly and put on the list of who they were helping next. I wandered around to look for ear buds. Finding a pair quickly that I liked, at a reasonable price, I sat to wait for my turn. I like that they have pink comfee chairs to hang out in until your turn.
It took them 10 Minutes to get to me. I was keeping track of time because I had only a few minutes to take care of what I needed. It was a very packed night, but it’s like that almost every time I go in there.
I ended up getting everything I needed. And a few more things. They were also able to reduce my monthly bill. Which is a big bonus.
I haven’t had any bad experiences yet with this store. :)
