This is the place where one should find everything, not just the item you’re looking to buy even the quality of product, quality of service, honesty, dedication in resolving customer issues. Pitbull mode of interaction is quite simple as every question of you will be just answered in secs through chat window available.
I got to interact with rep named «Ken», he is awesome in understanding the concerns and do his job «THE BEST» possible to resolve the issues on the concerns if you have related to purchase. Keep rocking Ken!!!

Bought a $ 200+ pair of headphones with little to no customer service when I bought it I’m cool with that price is low I’m putting some money in a local business. But then two and a half weeks later one side of the headphones stop working. Mind you I literally used it these things a total of maybe 10 times since I purchased it still in immaculate condition. I’m on my way to Japan tomorrow for 3 weeks and with the rain pouring and spot closing at 6pm (who the fuck closes at 6pm when most musicians are night people). So I just decided I would go down there with my headphones and see if they can take a look at them worst case they can switch it out and send the defective product to the manufacturer. So I get to the spot 10 minutes before the place closes. Get greeted by two gentlemen. I explain my situation knowing «Hey I got these headphones a few weeks ago and one side went out for some odd reason» response «You don’t have your receipt or box can’t help you. Also we have a two week warranty. I looked at my boy DJ ARTISTIC like who the fuck does two week warranties on there products. Trust my ass didn’t stay there I just bounced out and was like all good. I’ll persue this matter with the manufacturer of the product but trust me Pitbull Audio you will lose much more then you made from me. And you will definitely never get any business from me or anyone I know from here on out…

This store is well stocked with great gear and excellent prices. Easy access off of I-​5 too. I’ll never go to GC again. I’ve bought over $ 1000 worth of gear here. Every transaction has been excetional. I’ve been playing for over 40 years. I know a good music store when I find one.

This place reminded me of a sweetwater catalogue… They have it all, and if not they can get it!
I went to a wonderful free show featuring Michael Angelo Batio here, and this was my first visit. Place is very clean and people are friendly and knowledgeable…
I encourage anyone that believes a place like guitar center is the only place to go shop… to give Pitbull Audio one visit and see if it doesn’t change your mind.

Man oh man, where do I begin! Pitbull Audio is THE place for music. I started going 2 and a half years ago with my friends to buy microphones little did I know that the customer service would be this good. Everyone is super friendly and super knowledgable about music. Even if they lose a couple of bucks, they want to make sure you get the best for your money. Still pop in every now and then just to say what’s up and try to get my knowledge on. AJ is definitely cool and this is top tier.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for DJ gear or stuff for you’re music studio this is the place. The prices are great and they will price match and beat any competitor by far. This is a excellent place to buy DJ equipment for mobile or club use. If you want to be a music producer they have all the latest equipment and everything needed to get your studio up and going. They also have tons of accessories like deck savers to protect you’re equipment and the best selection of cases to transport you’re equipment to wherever it needs to go.
All the staff is amazing AJ, Shane and Victoria are my go to guys and are very knowledgeable about what they sell and make sure all their customers are satisfied and they go the extra mile to make sure. So like I said before this is the place to go to for all your music needs. I know I’m going to be a customer for life. Thanks Pitbull audio.

Doesn’t get much better than this! If you’re a huge pedal junky like me you’ll find it all here and able to test play with your own guitar etc. Finally a true music store for South Bay! No more drives to La Mesa.

First time shopping at this business.
They sent me some guitar hangers in a slightly «padded» envelope. The package arrived with the packaging inside crushed, two of the hangers have paint or glue smudges on the front, one had dents and gouges on the wood surface, one has been mounted, you can see where the screws were put against the wood.
I left an email w/​pictures, of which they did not bother to answer. 4 days later, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, so I had to wait until they were closed to be able to leave a message.
1.) They couldn’t be bothered to put the hangers in a box to protect them; which are free, courtesy of the USPS.
2.) How hard is it to look directly into the CLEAR packages & make sure they were good to ship.
3.) I had to drive a distance to pick these up at the USPS, wasting time and fuel.
4.) They are worse than Guitar Center.
5.) They still haven’t ever answered their phone, when I have called. 5 days. I was able to leave another message.

If you havent been into this store and you like audio gear and keyboards and music… Then you really have to visit… This is an amazing store with an amazing array of musical and audio gear on display and ready to be demonstrated…
The store also has an incredibly knowledgeable staff. And they are thorough, and very friendly…

Awesome place, the staff is really friendly and they know exactly how to advise you and what equipment to give you. However, the only bad thing is that they don’t have their own installation team. It would honestly be an even greater company if they did installations.

If you’re a music gear nerd like I am and can appreciate a fly showroom, you need to get to this place, ASAP. I went there to pick up a replacement stylus (DJ stuff), so I was surprised to find a great selection of cool guitars, midi controllers and some amazing guitar amps. I wasn’t expecting to see Mesa Boogie guitar amps, and a bunch of dope AKAI controllers at a smaller place like this, but Pitbull comes correct.
Do they have as big of a selection as Guitar Center does? No… The store is a fraction of the size, so it’s not possible… but if you’re anything like me, a place the size of Guitar Center feels like the Death Star sometimes. So, it’s nice to have a place where you can get top-​notch stuff, buy simple things quickly or actually have a conversation about what you’re thinking about buying without getting drowned out or having to flag a sales guy down like a taxi just to pay for something.

Clean showroom, huge inventory warehouse & cool staff. Dealt with A. J will come back again for more gear.

Awesome top of the line merchandise, outstanding customer service. If you ever need any DJing equipment make sure you go and ask for Damien, he knows his stuff and can get you the equipment that you need!

The staff was very professional and knowledgable about their products and their prices were the best I’ve seen. I’m defiantly going to keep supporting local and keep my business here instead of Guitar Center.
