I worked with Tiffany throughout the whole process, and she was amazing! All my questions and many, many, many edits to our wedding order was received quickly and answered/​updated timely. She ensured we truly had everything we needed for our wedding, and made some great suggestions whenever we needed them. Even on the weekends, if Tiffany wasn’t available, there would be someone to help us!
My husband and I got married at Scripps Seaside in La Jolla, and it was great that they are very familiar with the venue. Everything turned out amazing, and even better than I imagined.

Using concepts event design was the best decision I made for my wedding. Everything we rented was truly breath taking. From the high gloss dance floor to the chandeliers, even the linens were just stunning. We also rented the Valentino table/​diamond bench and the chuppa, so gorgeous! The rentals are on the pricier side, but so worth it. Tiffany was awesome, she worked with me to find out exactly what I wanted and sent me samples of color swatches when I wasn’t sure on what to choose. Thank you so much concepts for making my wedding so beautiful.

I rented my linens and chair covers. Along with their white chair. The owner was so sweet and patient with me. They have great stuff! Strongly recommend them!

Tiffany was a pleasure to work with in addition to the fact that the Concepts team was so great! They are fast at response time, great with adjusting your orders, and really keen on matching vision photos you have to what they can create. We had them help us with our linens, napkins, ribbons on our chairs, string lighting on the patio, chargers plates. They have some great quality equipment at such good prices. Our venue has worked with them before and even raved at how fast they work and how stellar they are. Thank you Concepts for helping us with our wedding!

CED made my corporate event breathtaking! Haydee and Cathy were on top of everything and being that I am a very visual person, they provided every detail of the event with their advanced rendering system. They exceeded all my expectations! We hired Concepts Event Design for our wedding and they were fabulous. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They knew just how to get us the right look for our wedding. It was a dream come true and everyone said it was absolutely gorgeous. They have a fantastic selection of furniture, linens, chargers — every little detail you can think of they have it and can help your event come together perfectly!

I ordered the satin blush linens and the gold chiavari chairs for my wedding. The linens were reasonably priced and looked good. The chairs were the best price I could find and looked amazing. Haydee was really helpful and sweet. I definitely recommend you check them out for your wedding/​event.

My experience with concepts designs was awesome. The service they provide is above and beyond. They are punctual and they do their job right. I only rented a dance floor from them and I was satisfy. Their equipment is clean not like other companies. Tiffany made the process easy and provided excellent service. Definitely book your party equipment with them.

I want to start by saying that the staff is a PLEASURE to work with.
Everything was organized & planned in advance. The responses to emails were prompt and professional. I can say I did not have a worry that anything would go wrong on my wedding day. They also have so many options to choose from in their show room for any event size or theme.
What I did NOT like was that the items we rented were not in the greatest condition. The white lounge chair seemed to have dirt in the upholstered buttons, a lot of the Chiavari chairs had scratches on them and many of the ivory chair pads were dirty or stained. I have attached a photo. After spending the money I was disappointed somewhat. I understand these are rentals but I felt better cleaning could have been done or newer equipment could have been used especially once product starts looking old.
Over all my wedding day was beautiful, I just felt the items that were noticeably damaged did not add the delicate touch I was looking for.
These may be details my guests would never mention to me, but I surely did notice.

Working with Concepts Event Design was easy and efficient. They are slightly on the pricy side but Haydee went above and beyond giving some discounts where she could or recommending ways to save money. They did an amazing job and made my vision into a reality so I would definitely recommend them.

Working with Concepts Event Design was so great! We looked into several different rental companies and CED was the 3^rd place we had contacted. We didn’t really know what we wanted yet and only had a small idea of what colors we had in mind. The initial consultation was very informative and full of detailed information. We met with Haydee and looked around all the linens and books trying to get some ideas. After speaking with Haydee she was able to listen to our ideas, throw in some of hers and provide an estimate all in the same consultation. Throughout the planning process CED provided detailed invoices and were very specific with any changes we requested. They were very prompt with emails and replied within 24 hours or less. Waiting on vendors to reply is very important because you base most of your decisions on their feedback and responses. We rented linens, chiavari chairs, lounge furniture and a dance floor. Compared with the other rental services we met with their prices were the most affordable and they had a wide variety of selections. The day of the wedding went according to plan. Everything was set up when and where it was supposed to. We wanted to make a few last minute changes but due to the deadline set by CED we were not able to make the changes a few days before the wedding. Other than that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Concepts. They are very professional, patient and they provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommended them for all your rental needs.

Concepts is the go to place for beautiful, unique, and high quality party rentals. Each time I have contacted them I was helped by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me with my party needs. The company has an extensive catalogue and you will definitely pull off a beautiful event of you utilize their services!

The Concepts team was incredibly helpful and an integral part in my May wedding. They worked very close with my coordinator to bring everything together for the wedding day. I didn’t want the traditional belly bars for our cocktail hour so Haydee and Federico came up with a beautiful new design and built them within a month!!! I would recommend them to anyone starting the planning process. A true family business with a big heart and great eye for details.

They worked with my budget, for which I am SO grateful! I didn’t think I could afford to have such a beautiful wedding, but I did, and it was perfect. The only downside was that I asked for pipe draping to hide the dining area so that the guests would not see it before it was time, and the curtains were very sheer. Also, Their furniture is pricy, and some of it is pretty scuffed. Personally, I wouldn’t have done a straight depreciation on it, I would charge for a double-​depreciation so that when it was new, you would charge more, but as it gets older, you give a break because the quality goes down. I’m not in the industry though, so I’m sure they have their reasons for pricing!

I have attended several events where Concepts Event Design was either showcasing all they can do for your wedding, ceremony, celebration or whatever other happy occasion, as well as I have been seating in one of those magnificent tables nicely put and set. I think they have a great taste, everything is elegant and festive and good quality materials. Last time was some weeks ago at bridal bazaar I went with a friend who wanted to check how to organize her wedding, so she knows I will tell her my honest opinion… and honestly they seem to be doing great job just by the samples I have seen. I would like to visit their showroom, not been there yet.

Concepts was who we went with for our wedding and was given the company name through our coordinator. The wedding was outside in a park so we had to bring in everything. Concepts was reliable and supplied everything we needed. The only issue I had with them was that when we went to the showroom to pick out our linens and tables, I spotted belly bars that were wooden and square instead of the usual white plastic round ones that had tablecloths over and tied in the middle with a bow. They said we could use the rustic wooden square ones and that they were building more, but a month before the wedding when I mentioned them at the walk through they said they hadn’t been made and we had to use the usual ones. I was disappointed but it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything else was perfect.

Gorgeous show room and the gal that helped me was awesome and her customer service was great. Even though the customer service was top notch, I couldn’t afford the prices for the linens they were offering me.

Concepts Event Design (CED) helped with our wedding in June. It was amazing. Our location was already gorgeous and needed only a few gorgeous items to finish the look. Luckily CED was recommended to us by our Wedding Coordinator Stacie (WC) Barba with a Day of Elegance. The charger plates, wooden tables, Red Napkins and white décor was beautiful. CED was professional, their showroom was amazing and all staff was helpful. The day of set up was handled strictly by my WC and it went smoothly. All of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was and how fairytale it seemed. I would definitely recommended CED to another couple looking for affordable and out of this world designs. Yes, a lot of photos are extremely glamorous, but they work with all budgets. Much love to CED and thanks for giving us a dream wedding!

We hired Concepts Event Design for our wedding and it was great, they had the best selection of chairs and linens. Price was great, delivery was on time. We had to revise the invoice a few times and Becky was always friendly and easy going. We even had some last minute changes, to get different ceremony chairs and it was very smooth!
We also rented some high end furniture for our photoshoots and it was such a big plus, it made our photoshoots so professional — we loved it!
