My fav bath and body works in SD! The employees here are so sweet and accommodating! They have honored my expired coupons so many times and are always making sure to give me extra coupons when I make purchases. This location is so much better than the one in Fashion Valley! I highly recommend shopping here instead.

I’m a fan of all the Bath and Body Works employees. I swear every where I go. They are all the same! sweet, outgoing, friendly, and HELPFUL.
Came in here the other day because of the semi annual sale and everything was organized and pretty looking! The ladies were so sweet trying to help me pick out scents I liked. I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I love that they all wanted to help me get WHAT I WANTED.
One of the workers even was on a roll for restocking the clearance blast products. It was nice to see how dedicated she was!
I will be coming back here! Also, when there is a semi-​annual sale sometimes you can combine it with a coupon. SUCH A STEAL!

Lilly is a AMAZING greeted me as soon as I walked in and help me with smell and flavor’s for my daughter! Kept a smile on her face and asked if I was doing ok… She made my shopping experience amazing and she most definately need a pat on the back for all her hard work

Came in for some hand sanitizer but as always seem to find something else. The staff greeted me as I walked in but weren’t too over bearing. So I had a chance to look around. I also tried this amazing hand scrub that I want to come back for. Ended up buying hand sanitizer and soap that was 50% off.
They always give me coupons for future purchase but they expire or tend to lose them. They should do like bed bath beyond and let you use expired coupons… just sayin

I haven’t been to Bath and Body Works in YEARS, I’m thinking, maybe since high school?
But i wandered in because I needed some hand lotion, desperately. My paws are shredded.
And can I just say, I have never, ever, received such attentive customer service? It was SO, SO attentive that I was actually uncomfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and so I’m giving this place four stars. BUT GIVE ME A SECOND TO BREATHE, which is why I am not giving this location five stars.
The people who helped me were chipper and offered many suggestions. I even felt like a celebrity as I walked out – EVERY. SINGLE. SALESPERSON. Said goodbye to me, told me to have a great day, etc.
I don’t like THAT much attention. I mean, I suppose their tactics worked because I spent $ 15 more than I wanted to, but I don’t know if I want to come back.
It is DEFINITELY the perfect place for a high maintenance shopper who loves to be waited on.
