This place is great for cheap hangover food, if you’re looking for a decent breakfast for a sober person however; you might want to go else where. The place was oddly packed outside so I thought it was going to be decent. Google had it as a 4 star but Unilocal had it at a 3 star. Sadly I agree more with Unilocal.Busy yes. Cleanliness no. The tables were still dirty and for our silverware we had to ask twice for a new pair cause they had food residue on them. Like a said before though, great place for hangover food!

Earlier today my family and I decided to go there for Breakfast and we totally regret it. First of all they took to long to sit us down then to take our order to bring our food everything was just so bad, to top it off there was a hair on my Mango crepes. After bringing out the food neither did thr manager or server came to check if everything was okay. when i complaint to the manager she didnt really seem to care too much. this is not the firt time we go to this location other times its been okay, but for some reason the manager is always more focus on looking pretty then to provide better costumer service we will definitely not go back to that location very bad service from the Manager Marisol and the server julieth. I just dont understand if you dont like what you do then why work their !!¡!!¡

The customer service I received at Aunt Emma’s was very memorable. The order was correct and the wait time minimal. I purchased the chicken and waffles and the two eggs with pancakes. Originally, my wife stated she wanted«Jack in the Box“I’m glad I went to Aunt Emma’s Pancakes.

Food is not great. Google has a fantastic review but it does not. Unilocal has better eval on this restaurant. Two stars.

I would have to recommend the milk shakes I finished mine before getting food. Which says more about myself than the quality of service because everyone is really nice and customer oriented.

Usually for the most part good service, today they didn’t have soda so we order an orange juice and we couldn’t get a refill unless the charge you for it. A little disappointed

Horrible service ever! Manager said the reason for the bad service was because they were short on staff… No excuses Raw eggs when we asked over medium, well done steak when we asked medium rare they forgot my daughters kids plate after waitress was suppose to «check on it» the list goes on… We had family from Vegas come in eat breakfast with us they had the same horrible experience.

Food is great. Things that we have tried and were good: Hamburgers Pancakes Huevo con chorizo Machaca All good so I guess pretty much the entire menu taste good. Service is all right. You can be seated pretty quickly but, it takes a little longer for your waiter to come and take your order and sometimes you need to really look for them if you need something in the middle of your meal. Hit and miss here. WiFi password is: pancakes

This place reminded me a little of the diner in pulp fiction. Same kind of old-fashioned Décor. It was filled with lots of locals that seemed to be regular customers. Service was great and coffee cups were kept filled. My husband stuck with his tried and true favorite. Sausage and eggs, with fruit and pancakes. He really liked it, especially the pancakes. I had Denver omelette, with very crisp hash browns and toast. This was a very good omelette, and quite large for the $ 9 price tag. It’s not in my stomping grounds, but if I were in the area I would certainly return.

The chefs I give 5 stars, food is still delicious. Hime made comfort food at its best. The hostess/cash register attendant who might be a manager as well?(She’s the only one dressed out of uniform) took off to «seat» us without waiting for us. I brought my 90 year old grandmother to lunch so she is a bit slow. She doesn’t use a cane for fun here people! After she arrived at our table she did not wait for us. She left out menus piled on the table and didn’t even so much as glance at me when we crossed paths. After about 10 minutes our server came and took our order. I asked what the soup of the day was, she did not know and would come back with the information. By the time our food arrived which was delicious and made quickly she still hadn’t come back to tell me what the soup of the day was. The young woman who brought the food to our table just placed the plates on our table and left. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. Some ketchup and mustard would have been nice to go with my grandmother’s hamburger and onion rings. Our waitress finally came to check on us and got what we needed quickly. The staff seems friendly but seem to get overwhelmed very easily. I used to work with this establishment back when it was Keith’s. Since the change to Aunt Emma’s quality customer service now has no existence. And to top it off, the woman who seemed to be the manager was on her mobile phone while I was paying! Then began talking about tortas with her peers! What is going on here?! Bring back Keith’s please! Mario and Mary would never let this happen!

Came here on a Sunday morning, early-ish, about 9:00. Our party of four was seated almost immediately in the main dining room. Service was very good, many, many coffee refills for the four of us, all admittedly unrequited coffee addicts. Pretty good coffee, too. The interesting variety of omelettes ranges about $ 8 to $ 10, and includes large sides, such as hash browns, fruit AND a plate of pancakes or toast. Lotsa food, be hungry before you arrive, or better, before you leave home. I ended up taking half of my tasty cheddar and bacon omelette home. The buckwheat pancakes are definitely recommended. Four nice, thick strips of bacon costs $ 3.50. My wife had a crêpe, and finished it, surprisingly, given the quantity. The breakfast menu is quite comprehensive, and you will have puh-lenty of time to memorize it if you arrive after 10AM on any given Sunday. Aunt Emma’s does awesome business on Sundays and Holidays ! Early diners literally have to elbow and push their way out of the place, it’s so crowded. No TV’s, no dogs. Nice. People love this place, and so do I. Go early, and go often.

I love this location. Even though it’s alway busy there never is to long of a wait for a table. Servers are usually always very friendly. I love to get the California omelet or the Ortega omelet. Today I ventured out and got the artichoke omelet. It was, as good as the others I be tried. Service could be a little better but for how busy they are it’s understable. Sometimes the food takes a bit to come and I getting coffee full. But that leaves for some leftovers for lunch.

This place looks small from the outside, but once going inside it’s big. Service was great, pretty fast getting our plates out. The waiters really attentive, passing by to make sure if we needed more coffee, or water. I would definitely come back for some more chocolate chip pancakes.

This place is ALWAYSPACKED and has 3 star rating– had to try it. Everything was great! Service could have been a LITTLE better but it was sunday 10 am and they were busy on top of our server training a new gentlemen. Added cheese when told them not too, server showed me receipt and they noted no cheese(kitchens mistake). Oh well would have been nice to have coffee and water without asking as well. Will be back again though.

So we came here on a Sunday morning for breakfast. I hadn’t been here in years. I used to come here with coworkers and we’d be seated by clients while I’d be diligently trying to stuff my face with pancakes as they’d ask me if I was going to «piss test» them this week. This visit was much less dramatic. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t too bad for a Sunday morning. The sticky menus kind of made me chuckle. I put them on top of each other so we could just share one. We were hungry so we decided to get egg breakfasts so we could get the pancakes that come along with them. I upgraded to flavored pancakes, because I just can’t pass up the banana nut ones. My little guy ordered chicken nuggets. What can I say, he’s weird, he takes after me. The pancakes were good. As good as I remember them being. They offer a lot of flavors here, some I probably wouldn’t try because I’m not into chocolate on my pancakes, I know, I’m weird. They also have a good selection of crêpe flavors as well. My only gripe is I asked for my eggs over easy and they came over cooked. This does happen at a lot places though, so it’s not a huge deal for me. Other than that my breakfast was fine. The service was ok, it was very busy so we did have trouble finding the server to get the check and a box for leftovers(not mine, haha).

This is an update for Aunt Emma’s Family Restaurant. I got a reply from what seemed to be someone from customer service. They stated that they where taking my complaint«very seriously» and that they are going to investigate the matter further or something lame like this. I truly think that it’s not only me that has had bad experiences. Just by comparing the crowds of before trying to get a table, to a very empty restaurant, you just can see the difference. People just move on and find a better place to eat. They ain’t stupid. I don’t know how they are doing today though. We don’t go near there any more. For us, it’s «hasta la vista, baby!».

I don’t understand the bad reviews, we decided to give it a try and I’m glad we did. It’s a breakfast diner, with good food and excellent service. They have .99 mimosas for the month of July. Their portions are huge and the prices are great!

This establishment, at first seemed quite nice, but after stepping in it all just went downhill from there. Minus two star for service. Service was not that good. I was with several other people and we didn’t really wait long for a seat, but I did notice that the family after us got seated before us. I’m not trying to say that their race was a factor in them getting seated first but let’s just say that the rest of the experience is leading to that assumption. I have never waited for food for so long than I did here. After ordering what we wanted, it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. And the people who came after us got their food first. And not to mention, I made some specifications about my order, and they didn’t get it right. Everything I asked them to take out, they had put it in. Minus 2 stats for the food. The pancakes we ordered were cold when they arrived. The hash browns were not so great. I have had better. The texture felt a little soggy in a way. The top part was the only part that was not soggy. The children’s chicken nuggets were a little too over cooked. Almost to the point of almost being burnt. Even the damn fries were over over cooked. The sandwich I ordered a little too thick for me. It almost didn’t fit in my mouth. The taste was sub par. I have had better. The season fries were not crispy enough. It felt a little undercooked for my taste. So all in all, my first experience here at Aunt Emma’s was not great, and I must say, I do not think I will try it again.

Yes I do give it 5 stars just because I always leave with a satisfied full tummy! The menu has many choices and affordable! They even have mimosas and yummy shakes! The variety is from American to Mexican. Always fully staffed here and very attentive I might say! Our waitress Gina always makes us feel like family! Also forgot to add that the memorabilia around the restaurant is from the 50’s so makes it feel vintage but cozy!

I wish I could give this place a 0. I returned against my Bette judgement and ordered a chicken sandwich. I don’t know if they’re under new management but they are beginning to nose dive when it comes to the quality of both their service and their food. The sand which was nothing to write about and the Nutella crepes were missing Nutella. When I visited a year ago the same item used to be filled with Nutella and drizzled with some more on top this time around they gave me crepes featuring a drizzle of Nutella. The side of fruit I ordered was so old it had begun to grow a beard. You could tell the watermelons was bad just by looking at its colorless. I will not be returning. You’re better off going to a Denny’s… And that’s saying a lot.
