Had a great experience in designing a bathroom recently with Tim. He gave us excellent suggestions and helped us evolve the tile design into something that looked professional and very cutting edge in materials and layout. He acted essentially as a designer and helped us also to manage the budget so that the money was spent on materials that would have the best price to performance ratio and look expensive where they needed to be. Was extremely patient and good humored throughout the design and redesign process and really seemed to care about helping achieve something that we would like. Tim and the whole staff at this store are incredibly skilled and helpful with all that they do. Highly recommended!

For the last three weeks I have been planning a bathroom remodel, and the Tile Shop was my choice for retiling my shower and floor. Tim Shine was absolutely the best help. I changed my mind many times, was meticulous in choices down to the last detail, and Tim was helpful the entire time. Not only did he roll with the punches of my changes, but he had amazing suggestions and ideas. Today I finally made my purchase, and I’m looking forward to Erin my project started. If you’re in the market for tiles, don’t hesitate to visit The Tile Shop and ASK FOR TIM!!!
