Bath & Body Works

So this review is in stark contrast to the other one here. I find this particular store to be quite clean and well organized (maybe they re did it since the last reviewer was here). They always have some sort of sale or special deal (buy 3 get 3 free etc) going on, which is the only reason i go in because if it didn’t include some items for free id think they were quite overpriced.
I went in to browse in search of a yummy smelling body wash. I had one girl walk up to me and ask if I needed help to which i responded that I was just browsing. Within a few minutes another girl approached me and asked the same thing. Normally this would annoy me but I figured what the heck? why not ask for help and see if she could give me any advice. So I asked about body wash. She asked me my skin type (dry in winter) and recommended a body cream (rather than gel) which i honestly didn’t even know existed before she pointed it out. I decided to get it because it was part of a buy 2, get one free deal and was glad I did — its been working great! No more dry elbows for me!
Usually in places like this I do not expect much in the way of service or advice — especially because most of the staff are usually of high school age or so — but this chick def knew what she was talking about. I will def return!

I like this store for the items they carry, if you want less expensive scented lotions and hand sanitizers.
I find the store to be really disorganized, and a bit dirty. The staff are usually young and don’t know much about the products, especially as they stock skincare you would expect them to be able to answer questions.
I would go in here if I knew what I was looking for and didn’t need assistance on finding something.
