Wow worst pedi ever, granted the young man was probably brand new. Cut me twice and rinsed the clippers in the water my feet had been soaking in. Gross! Watched other employees washing out the other basins with a gross sponge and never rinsed it out and used very little soap. I am used to the communication barriers in these environments but here it was terrible. Same girl asked me what I wanted 3 times IN A ROW! Spoke loud and clear and she even acknowledged my answer once. Dont waste your money there is another place down by Sears

I recently purchased a Living Social coupon for 90s nails in Natick. I have called multiple times to book a pedicure but have gotten the proverbial run-around. There seem to be two schedules, one with lovely convenient times for people without coupons, and weird inconvenient appointments for those of us unlucky enough to have opted for the discount. This place may do great work– but I’ll never know. Thankfully Living Social quickly granted my refund…

I walked into get my mani and pedi done. They did accomodate me pretty fast assuming I was a walk in. The chairs were way to close and the lady who did my pedicure was in some kind of rush. What really makes me mad is the fact that they were talking in their own language and laughing looking at thier customers(probably laughing at thier customer). Anyhow, my polish did stay for around 2 weeks, which was good. Now came my manicure, again the rushing issue. I got french mani done and I wasn’t too crazy about it. Again a very boring procedure with the boring nail technician. who work like robots. Definitely not going here again.

Worst pedicure in Natick… AND over-priced. Save your money… there are many other places to go in MetroWest that charge less than $ 30 for a pedicure, and they do a much better job.

My pedi is still in good shape after 2 weeks but our polish didn’t make it a week… hmm

For as swanky as the Natick Collection wants to be… Someone should slip a memo to the owner’s of 90’s Nails. The décor is horrible(hideous pink as far as the eye can see), the tables & pedicure stations need to be updated and the drying machines look like they are pre-WW 2. Yikes. I was in need of a fill whilst I partook of some mommy– time & happened to be at the NC. I stopped in & snagged the last available seat. The tech was fine & did my fill in under 45 minutes. I almost got a pedicure but the tech I saw was a guy & I just have a problem having a male tech. Just my preference, nothing against him. $ 21 for the fill, $ 4 tip(bring cash!), I won’t be back.

Honestly, I was not at all impressed by 90’s Nails. I liked the name because I grew up in the ‘90s but that in itself was proof that you can’t judge a nail salon, or any place for that matter, by its name. That can either be a good thing or a bad thing. In this case, this nail salon had a cool name but bad service. My mom and I went here to get our nails done before a fancy evening party sometime in early March 2006, and neither she nor I were satisfied. We were sitting next to each other getting our nails done and it seemed like both nail techs rushed through our manicures – from what I recall, my nail tech only did one coat of polish on my nails… they usually do 2 coats, don’t they? I wasn’t too happy because I had picked this really cool magenta color and it was pretty much transparent because the manicurist only did one coat of polish. Moral of the story is, folks, never judge a nail salon by its name, but by its service. I don’t know that I’ll ever try this place again on the off chance that I’m in the Boston metro area and need my nails done.

My pedi probably would have turned out fine if one of the staff didn’t keep trying to push me out of the salon before the polish was dry. As I sat with my toes under the dryer, she came over about every 2 minutes saying, «you pay me now?» «you pay me now?» It definitely has an assembly-line feel and since there are so many other nail salons in this area, I won’t be back to 90’s Nails.

I had time to kill before work on Christmas Eve, so I decided to get my nails done(they were in a perfectly wretched condition.) I had to search the mall directory before I found 90’s nails tucked in a back corner next to JC Penney’s. Though it was only 10AM, I found it surprising they could take me right away for a fill. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who took care of me, but she was nice and didn’t burn my cuticles with the claw sander and she artfully formed me a new gel nail where a chunk was missing on my thumb. Most places would just rip off the whole nail and charge extra for a replacement(No, it’s not torture, just gel tips!) They had an OK selection of OPI and China Glaze nail polish(I picked A Ruby for Rudolf, very festive.) The only thing was that I didn’t like the nail drying machine. It was blowing out really cold air, which I’ve never experienced before. Even after sitting there for 10 minutes, my nails still weren’t dry and now I have a wrinkle:(But still, not bad.

This is always THE place to go to get my manicure & pedicure done!!! Seriously … I have gone to many different nail salons … and many high end spas… but for manicure and pedicure… even though the gas is expensive and they charge more than some other nail salons plus… I have moved out the neighborhood… I always go back to this place…
