I woke up this morning and noticed water damage from a storm. While investigating roofers in the Nashville area I came across Veler and called the owner Bryan simply because he was open on Saturday. Although he had a full day he came over first thing to check my roof and explained with a diagram what he discerned was the problem and two options to fix it with prices. Bryan returned later in the afternoon and began to apply his solution. The cool thing about the whole experience and why I decided to offer a review was I really liked the guy. From a professional stand point I was impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship. We spoke for over an hour about nearly everything under the sun and I learned about his back trail(experience) which is ridiculous extensive for such a young guy. I’m going to wait and see what happens after the next rain. However I was 100% satisfied with both his customer service and professionalism.
