The Knolls Apartments

These apartments may not be modern and up to date, but living here is very peaceful. The grass is always green, there are beautiful plants and flowers throughout the property, and the apartments are very quiet. In the three apartments I’ve lived in here, I’ve never heard my neighbors through the walls. That’s pretty amazing, I think! The staff is welcoming and understanding, and very friendly and helpful. Maintenance will help you out with anything. I love living here at the Knolls.

I don’t live here, so I’m just basing my review on visits here. My best friend lives here, so I drop by a few times a month. This seems to be a nice value apartment complex. He doesn’t make a lot of money, but he manages to afford this place on his own in a very nice part of town, right near Brentwood. He lives in a studio apartment, but I’m going to assume that there are different sizes and price levels at the Knolls. I’ve actually even considered moving down there.
The only complaint I have is the navigation. The parking lot does not connect, and you can only get in one way. Also, the address for each apartment is the address of the complex, plus «Apt. #» and the number. But now I’m just nit picking. It’s a really nice apartment complex. I shouldn’t be too hard on the place since I’ve never lived there. So trust the reviews of those who live here before you trust mine.

I love living here! They keep the complex nice and well maintained. The staff is great and helpful. The pools are awesome and they keep them clean. I have the largest two bedroom and the closet space is great! I would definitely recommend to others!
