Landmark at Wynton Pointe

No luxury here. Cheap «upgrades» and no insulation and I can hear everything (especially in the bathroom) my neighbors do!

So, my wife and I recently moved in and… well, the apartment isn’t great. It’s not terribly expensive either, and the location is pretty good, so that definitely helps make up for the age and wear level in the apartment. If I had to guess, I’d say it was built in the early 80s. The floor plan has lots of square footage, but manages to feel crowded even so.
We are renting one of the «updated» apartments, and even with the updates it feels like they tried to paint a pig and call it a lady. At the end of the day, the apartment is seriously lacking in storage space (especially in the kitchen). It’s quite a shame too, because the rooms are large, and I can’t help thinking they could have traded some of the space in the living area to make the kitchen large enough to have both the fridge and dishwasher open at the same time.
That said, I do want to point out that the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the amenities are nice and well cared for. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences as far as that goes.
