This IS the BEST condominium in Nashville. The Best! Best location, best security, best staff, best owners, best amenities, best floor plans, best HOA value, best private park. This is the place most condo owners wish they could live. Today, only five of the 186 units are on the market. This place will always hold its value because it is the BEST.

Very nice condos from what I’ve seen. My sister’s boyfriend owns a condo here and I’ve been here a few times.
Excellent location… close to everything. Outstanding views. Secure garage and lobby security. The security staff is very nice and attentive. nice pool and private park area.
If i were in the market for a condo or apartment, I would definitely consider living here.
