I want to give ZERO stars! Worst experience for hotel EVER! Keys didn’t work to room, we got moved to three different rooms. To top it off, pretty sure house keeping stole our wallets and keys. NIGHTMARE! Run for the hills!!!

Our stay was something out of a nightmare or that Dateline would feature… It obviously had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bugs everywhere and carpet pulling up all over. The bathroom was filthier than most truck stop restrooms. It was horrifying and I would highly recommend you pay the extra for another hotel!

This motel was a nightmare!!! Absolute stay away from this motel, ok I know this place this the cheapest option you have in Nashville, but for the love of God just DONOT stay here! The room smells like someone peed on the carpet, cum stains on the wall, hair in between the sheet and the comforter, and there is a door inside your room that connect to other people’s room, you can hear everything that your neighbour do, watching TV, having sex, on the phone, slamming their door in the mornings. The room is depressingly dark and wet, and did i mention it smells bad? WHAT’S EVENWORSE is that when I checked in at the front desk the indian guy gave me a door key to some other people’s room!!! When I stepped into the room, i saw iron curl and macbook on the desk, i was like” omg, this cheap motel rocks!” Then I saw bras and women underwears, then I realized that this must be a mistake! This is somebody else’s room! So I HADTOCARRYALLMYBAGS walk all the way back to the front desk to correct the mistake, then GUESSWHAT! He gave me a key that didn’t work! I was pissed, but I drove 20 hrs that day, i was too tired to say anything, so I CARRIEDALLMYBAGSAGAIN walked all the way to the front desk. The parking lot is not safe!!! The front desk claims that there are CCTV all over the parking lot but there is NONE, and you can see people walking around the parking lot for no reason after midnight. Oh yea, I DIDN’T EVENHAVEWIFIRECEPTIONINMYROOM! I asked the front desk guy about this, he said there is nothing he can do about it, he said i can use the WIFI in the lobby, so i went back room and took my laptop to the lobby, but he LOCKED the lobby!!! He told me the lobby closes at midnight! WTF! What kinda hotel closes their lobby! This is the WORSTMOTEL ever throughout my road trip from FL to TN! RUN! DONOTSTAYHERE!

Me and my friend are traveling south towards Florida and needed a place to crash in Nashville, looking for cheapest rates. We ended up paying way too much for what we got. Don’t stay here!

Haha, I didn’t really expect it to be so bad. Strike 1) I came in and bed was untucked. Strike 2) Dark looking spots on the carpet. Strike 3) Holes in the bed sheets. …and yerrr out! but there’s more. 4) Half the light fixtures don’t work. 5) Even if you’re brave enough to attempt to shower, the hot water didn’t come through after 5 minutes of running. I decided to just play it safe and not shower. Avoid this place like the plague. $ 60/night(w/tax) is what I paid and it was just absolutely gosh darn awful. Not worth it at all. I slept fully clothed and the mattress was hard as a rock. When I read the reviews and saw that people thought that it was«absolute most horrible hotel,» I figured maybe their expectations were perhaps a bit out of wack for a Super 8, but nope. I agree. Worst hotel experience ever.

This was the absolute most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in! I’ve never slept so horrible! If you like sleeping on the floor then you will love the beds! I would not recommend this to anyone!

You hear horror stories about hotel experiences, but I never thought they were true until I stayed at the Super 8 Downtown Airport Area hotel. It was awful. We figured it was just a place to rest our head for the night so we didn’t think much of booking here. When we walked into our room the large mirror over the bathroom sink fell off the wall and if it wasn’t for the towel rack it would have fallen and shattered everywhere. There was stains on the sheets, the bath tub in the bathroom was corroding around the drain, probably because there was a constant leak that caused the water to run all night. There was molding on the ceiling. Our fresh linens were black. An open hole in the wall behind the nightstand, just calling for rodents to walk in the room as they please. The carpet was lifting from the wall in multiple areas. My boyfriend and I ended up removing all the blankets and sheets and sleeping on the box spring with one sheet covering it, because the other sheets were discusting. I held on tight to him and tried to get a couple hours of sleep with the fear of someone breaking in because there was a gap i the door way between the frame and the door with a poor chain lock. Any bug big or small could just have crawled through that gap at anytime. When I awoke in the morning I was happy I was alive and showered quickly with my flip flops on so I was sure not to touch anything. I have to say I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!
