I see a lot of two and three star reviews for this Starbucks and for the two dozen or so times that I have been here, I just don’t see it. I know that you can’t please everyone all of the time, but with as many customers as this Starbucks serves in a weekday morning rush alone, I suppose I can see how not everyone gets stellar service. With that preface, I always receive quick service at this location. About the only«hiccups» I have to complain about are that they do not accept drink rewards here… and they do seem to have a higher turnover rate than at most Starbucks locations, so sometimes you have to repeat your order once or twice. All in all, I’m a fan!

Friendly cashier, not good coffee. Definitely not a Starbucks filled with employees taking any pride in their work or their creations as baristas. Not impressed.

A pretty good airport Starbucks — bigger than most airport Starbucks for sure! Had my drink and walking to my gate within five minutes! Not bad!

There were at least 20 people in line when I arrived. Five extremely efficient and friendly employees were working their tails off. I had my frapp and breakfast sandwich in my hand in 21 minutes. I wish all Starbucks were run like this one was today.

As busy as any busy airport Starbucks gets. Service was not friendly in taking the order and pastries don’t get toasted here(I’m assuming they’re too busy to offer this). The drink order was prepared faster than expected despite the 15+ person line. I liked the spacious layout of this location as it flowed well. My gripe besides service is that when I got my drink I almost wanted to return it since it didn’t taste like much at all. However being short on flight connection time I let it go. Should’ve known that they didn’t stir as all the pumpkin spice syrup was at the bottom and now I have an overly flavorful drink. You win some you lose some.

Stopped here while waiting for my plane. No one in line when I got here. Ordered a talk coffee & bacon & egg sandwich. The gal at the counter haggled with me about giving her .09 cents so I didn’t have to get .91 cents change back. Only had a small purse so didn’t want all the change. Anyway I just put the .91 cents in the tip jar. I got my coffee but had to wait 10 min for the sandwich. They served 6 people that came after me before me. I asked for my sandwich, she said there working on it. Finally a gal put my sandwich in the toaster and gave it to me. I think the little gal at the register made me wait deliberately. So sad that there’s not good customer service here. Btw my sandwich was cold.

This place gets really crowded at certain times(I.e. Early morning). The service is pretty quick even when there is a line of 10 – 15. Plenty of seating in and outside the store front. There are two Starbucks in BNA and this one is located just outside gate C-10. They make all your traditional favorite Starbucks beverages.

There are very few times where I think, «Man, this airport Starbucks is awesome!!!» And this definitely wasn’t one of those times. So cramped, so loud, so slow. It took the cashier like five minutes to take my order of two drinks and two sandwiches… I was pleasantly surprised to see everything came out correct, honestly. After waiting ten minutes in this dirty location though, I can see why this place only has like 2 stars.

I fly out of Nashville, almost, weekly and decided I’d stop. I remember why I don’t. The only reason this place is still open is it’s inside this airport. The service sucks, the coffee is made wrong and by the time you get it you can’t get them to make it right or you’ll miss your plane. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I mean, can you really have high expectations for an airport Starbucks? I would say no. Service is nice enough, product is about he same as any other Starbucks, and prices and design are obviously identical as well. I’ve never had an awful experience here, nor have I ever had a mind-blowing experience. but it’s Starbucks soooo… yeah.

Poorly organized. I waited too long then they has screwed up my order. They have two water faucets running full blast all the time wasting tons of water.

Worst airport Starbucks around. Can’t administer simple order… «Americano with room». I guess half the order was right? No ½ and ½. I gave them empty one. It sat on counter 20 minutes. And other milk products were empty. Saw a SW airlines employee use the barista’s cream… It was curdled!

Another McStarbucks here. They get you in and out quickly. The girl who makes coffee asks the customers about their orders while waiting in-line. I do like quick service like this. However, when I got my coffee, the girl was in such a hurry and slammed the cup too hard on the table that some of the coffee spilled(makes your hands sticky!)…no apology whatsoever. If you’re craving coffee while waiting for your flight, this is the place for you. They have clean tables and free wi-fi, which is always a positive. 2013/#76

Although it has Starbucks in the marquis, the experience ends there. The two stars as follows 1) clean 2) it’s a Starbucks. There is another option on the delta side. Smaller but better. This one has a sitting area and tables. The delta side does not

Very disappointing service from this store. Granted, any airport based service is going to be of a lower calibre than their real-world counterparts, but this experience was really sub-par. I asked for a tall coffee in a classic stanley thermos, and was poured a ¾s full Tall Paper cup which was then emptied into my thermos. This was done in a clearly disdainful manner, and I immediately felt accused of having attempted to steal coffee from their store. Of course she then threw away the paper cup(easily equal in value to the coffee she had just sold me). Both unprofessional, unfriendly, and un-green.
