Extremely poor service. First made one of the drinks wrong that I had ordered. Then we stood and waited for the food to be ready for 15 minutes before I had to ask about it. They apparently forgot. Gave me a plain croissant instead of a chocolate croissant and a bagel with cream cheese, instead of toasted with butter. Starbucks in airports need to work much quicker since most people are trying to get to a flight. Unacceptable.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. The line was out the door, they weren’t familiar with some of the most basic drinks and what really frustrated me was I was unable to use my Starbucks rewards from my App. The young lady at the register acted like I was speaking a foreign language when I told her my app had given me an offer for 50% off a drink. Then her manager, who was equally as incompetent, did nothing to help. She simply wrote me off and said«we don’t do those here». Are you kidding me? This is YOUR company’s app so these deals should apply to any location, and I would especially expect to be able to use it at an airport location. I use my Starbucks reward deals with no problem at any location I visit while home in Chicago. Starbucks, please do a better job educating your employees on benefits and programs you provide to your customers! My deal expired that same day so ultimately, I was unable to use it.

This is an airport starbucks, so my only real option at 5AM. The line was excessively long, the service was pretty slow, and they didn’t even properly toast my cheese danish(by the way, I’ll never order one of those from a starbucks again… talk about super old food). My signature drink, a caramel frappuccino was fine, but there was probably more whipped cream than coffee. They are lucky they had a ton of caramel in there, otherwise, this might have led to rebellion.

I haven’t ever had such rude service at Starbucks. I decided to get something that wasn’t just coffee for a change, since I had a birthday reward set to expire. I had never used one before, so I didn’t realize that you had to let them know ahead of time… My bad. However, the cashier wouldn’t allow me to ring up again and glared at me as I fished for change since it used up my entire card balance… Should have gone to provence.

Worst customer service. Similar to McDonald’s in the hood. Line of people and only three out of the 6 staff are actually servicing the customers. The cashier was even making drinks as the other three(including the manager) were standing around, joking being loud and doing fluff tasks that could wait. Completely unprofessional.

8 o’clock and both people working would rather have been anywhere else. English was not easily spoken. Out of almost everything. And really could care less if I was there or not … Huge Starbucks guy but truly a horrible experience this time.

I try to avoid bux, but in an airport with slim pickings like bny it’s nice to have a known quantity. I got a decent Arnold Palmer, made the way I wanted it, for about the same price as other airport places charge for a bottle of pepsi. The staff was friendly. It’s tiny, which is nice because it’s easy to get in and out. they had a full case of the typical tasty-looking baked goods. If you forgot your souvenirs, they’ve got you covered with Starbucks mugs specific to Nashville(and also Memphis, for that matter). It’s to the right after security, on the way to the A gates, and across from noshville. The airport is so tiny it’s only about a five-minute walk from the C gates, however, so it’s a runnable stop for any gate even if you’re running pretty late.

This is a nice open location where you don’t have to knock down tables, chairs, or other patrons to place an order. Otherwise, it’s a Starbucks… nuff said.

This is the Go-To Starbucks if you are departing from Terminal C and Southwest Airlines. I pretty much always stop in and get something. It can be pretty busy and the prices are a bit elevated since you are in the airport, but I can’t really complain. They don’t have one of those scanner doodads, so if you are using any bar-coded Starbucks coupons, they have to manually type them in which can slow down an already long line.

So, BNA is a great airport, this Starbucks was slow in service and a bit grumpy first thing the morning.

One of my favorite breakfast places in the BNA! Unfortunately, a boarding pass does not act as a coupon but this Starbucks takes giftcards! I had a great experience working with the airport ‘bucks. Prices are high but that is expected with the word airport attached but the line moves quickly and there are plenty of workers to start barista orders! What more can you ask for from a chain?

I want to give them a lower score but it’s my own damn fault. An overly long line for an extraordinarily average cup of anything. Not only do they mark their products up 900% but they’ll argue over the verbiage of small, medium, and large. It’s my own fault that I need a coffee this hard.

Standard airport Starbucks. This one is near gate C10. I’m not sure about the hours, but it’s definitely open past 8 pm, as I got off my plane around 8:15 and was dying for a coffee. There were three or four staff members on duty, even though there was no one getting coffee at that time, so at least it was well staffed. My coffee was ready almost instantly and was hot and as expected. The coffee shop had its own seating area and was a bit self-enclosed, so it had a real coffee shop feeling if you need to escape the airport seating by your gate.
