dont bother. do yourself a favor and contact papajohns or dominos. rude manager and sticks for staff. never get your order right and delivery time is always twice as long

Never on time always crappy arrived hours late and cold rude greasy unprofessional pizza

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a pizza tonight at 5:40pm. They told me it would be 45 mins to an hour for delivery. I went online and ordered a pizza, and watched the timer count down and when it was up it said they left the store with the pizza. I waited another 40 minutes, still no pizza. I called the store and they said there was no record of my order. I told them I paid (and the pizza was already charged to my card). They say there is still no record of my order.
I am angry! I took a gamble, as I usually order from Dominos, but they had a 2.5 hour delivery time (this is just after the storm, so everyone has been getting pizza lately. I’ve never waited that long with Dominos before). I decided on pizza hut, but this is horrible. Will not be ordering from here again.

I just want to start by saying how much I love pizza. And how much I love Pizza Hut pizza. But the pizza I ordered tonight was awful. Besides being paper thin (literally) the sauce tasted funny and I just was not impressed. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I normally like Pizza Hut, but this place is the worst place to place an order I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I had to repeat myself nine times over and over and over. The slang was so bad I couldn’t even understand them reading it back to me. After three different phone calls and three different confirmations on my order and my delivery, the manager just called was very rude and told me that they do not deliver after I’ve been waiting for two hours for my pizza. He then said he would deliver it this one time and it’s been another hour and no pizza. Good luck everyone as this is worst place to order in all of Nashville. Plan on starving and being spoken to rudely!!!

These people are rude, never get orders right, and take forever to deliver the food even though I’m only 10 mins away. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere

So about a week ago, I was looking at condos at Chowning square in Belle Meade. In between showings, I took a quick break and ran across the street to the nearest food place… It was a pizza hut/​Taco bell. Anyway, this was the first time in for as long as I can remember coming to a pizza hut. I got a personal pizza and it looked amazing and the tomato sauce was addictive. I decided that the pizza hut was a lot better than from what I remembered it to be…
Skip forward to tonight. Its about 10:30 at night. The school dining halls are closed and I don’t feel like going far. I get a craving for pizza hut! And although its not directly across from campus its like 2 blocks away.
When I get in, I make my order. She tells me that the wait is 15 – 20 minutes!!! The other pizza hut didn’t even make me wait. Second, I had to sit there and listen to all the workers complain. The girl kept saying how the phone wouldn’t stop ringing and she hated her job. Then the two guys in the back who were cooking the pizzas kept role playing about how they would tell their boss that they were quitting and then the two delivery guys that kept coming in and out kept commenting on the people they delivered to. I guess their jobs suck, but it really really sucked to listen to this stuff. When I finally got my pizza it was mostly crust and looked really greasy and disgusting. I tried it and guess what? It tasted greasy and disgusting… maybe my experience at Belle Meade was a fluke? or maybe I was so hungry, I might have eaten anything and said it was delicious?
Bottom line: I’m not coming back here!

This place and I have our ups and downs. The only reason I keep going back is because it is the closest location to my husbands job. Make sure you double and triple check your order with who ever takes it because they are known to mess stuff up!!!
