I’ve been searching for a great dentist since moving to Nashville, and have been sorely disappointed — until now!
The Nashville Smile Team operates with a lot of integrity. They rescheduled an appointment for me because they couldn’t get in touch with my insurance to verify that I was covered and they didn’t want me to have to spend any money out of pocket. The first thing they did once I got there was give me a tour and explain how they sanitize their equipment! They instantly built a lot of trust.
The staff is extremely nice, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist herself. My hygienists spent a lot of time answering questions and walking me through everything that she was doing. I haven’t had this good of a dental experience in quite a while.
