I am one of those rare senior citizens who actually like McDonald’s food! My granddaughter and I stopped in on a hot day. Wow, the air conditioner was not working and as it was Sunday afternoon there didn’t seem to be much chance of relief. We ate in the kiddy playroom — normally a place I carefully avoid, but there were only two other adults having a quiet meal in the only part of the restaurant that was a bit cool. Our counter dude had such an accent that he was extremely hard to understand. I appreciate folks who come here and work like he was and I know my German and Spanish accents have made many people struggle to understand me. But, a business needs to be able to communicate with its customers. Men’s bathroom status: not good and I shall say no more except to note that the lack of air conditioning made it even worse. There were very few customers and I can see why as the place was not at all comfortable unless you went to the play area. The food was typical McDonald’s — adequate for the occasion. The fries were hot and fresh which is sadly increasingly unusual at many McD’s where I stop while on the road.

Honestly, Mcdonald’s and I are practically engaged. It’s one of my favorite place to go to whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I can never say no to nuggets and fries. The reason I gave it a three is because of the service. Ive been here MULTIPLE times wanting an oreo mcflurry, but their machine is always down… I believed it the first few times, but i’m slowly starting to think that a. they don’t want to make it for me or b. they just don’t want me to get fat and pig out on mcflurries. Either way, I’m still not a happy camper as I did not get to eat my oreo mcflurry.

WORSTPLACE ! I know it’s a McDonald’s and I shouldn’t be complaining but a friend of mine got her order wrong not to mention she got food poisoning afterwards. And I know it was from the McDonald’s because that all she had to eat that day. The fries were like cardboard and it was just a no. I know this is a McDonald’s but for god sakes it’s a restraunt have some decent food at least.

Tried the new pumpkin spice latte this morning and I am loving it lol! It was a lot better than I expected and has a different taste than Starbucks. I may even like it better. Yummy yummy!

Whaeh whaeh whaeh, cry cry cry, complain complain complain… can’t believe people are b*tchin about Spanish being spoken or what a sticker says. First and foremost, the damn place is soo busy they don’t have time for the food to sit. When you have an employee standing outside that has to take orders in the drive-thru just to be efficient… it’s busy. It’s McDonalds, not a sit-down fine dining experience. For the maybe $ 5 you spend there, check to see if your food is in the bag, if so… shut up and keep it moving.

This McDonalds is hit or miss. There have been many late nights where I get a craving for a mcdouble. when I get to the mcdonalds there is only one man working and half the time he only takes cash. I don’t often carry cash so i have to drive across town to another mcdonalds to satisfy my craving. I once called this mcdonalds just to test their phone service skills. I asked them a question and they hung up on me without answering. This aspect of the business could surely use some improvement. Regardless, I’m going to continue to support their business cause its cheap food and I’m a student with very little money.

When in Green Hills and seriously pressed for time to eat, Mickey D’s is the old reliable. You know the food and the prices, so I won’t bother with that bit. Rest assured that even though the drive-through line may be out to the road, it will go FAST. I rarely have to spend more than a couple of minutes in line before I’ve got my «food» and waiting the interminable amount of time required to turn left out of this place.

I needed to meet my Realtor in the area, as my signarure was needed on yet another form. I’m thinking of getting one of those signing machines like I’ve heard that the president uses when people mail in requests for autographs. haha. Anyway, he suggested McDonald’s as it was convenient for both of us that day. I got there a bit early and am still curious about all those cars parked in their lot, yet so few people inside. It was 10:00 am, so I wonder if people meet there and carpool to the mall?. We have an early breakfast at home, so I ordered a cup of coffee and a cinnamon melt. They were both served steaming hot. Then I noticed a label on the cinnamon melt’s box that indicated it was supposed to have been served by 7:00 am that morning. I opened it and the frosting was all liquidy and took a bite and that was it. I took to the counter and the nice manager said she would get me a new one. I saw as she pointed to the label to a worker in the back and that young man looked very confused and not too happy. It took several minutes, but they did give me a new one that was better. One of my friends later said I was taking a risk as fast food workers have been known to do horrible things when people complain about the food. I wonder. My other comment is that there was a lady who I think was supposed to keep the dining area neat and tidy, and much of the 20 minutes we were there she was conversing with a customer. It’s not like things were spotless and she had nothing to do. Anyway, we got those forms signed and I will probably be back one day when I get a fry craving, but I hope they do improve.

Ok, so no review is going to get you to NOT go to a McDonalds if that’s what you want, but I figure it’s worth reviewing. No one speaks English. It’s pretty ridiculous. And if they do, they must not be working the register. The fries are not always fresh so I have repeatedly asked for fresh hot fries after getting old ones in my order. I have to say I like that I can walk here for lunch if I want, but I typically avoid it unless I’m having a terrible craving for the McD’s food coma.

Yikes, the morale at this location is horrible. Stopping here at 12:30am after getting in from the airport, I thought«let’s pick up a few things off the $ 1 menu. Ordering 4 things, the total was $ 4.40. The person was wearing a button down white shirt so I’m guessing he’s the night shift manager. I am disappointed that he rounded to the nearest nickel so that he did not have to deal with the pennies. Food: Burger was fine. Fries were cold like they had been sitting out.

Since walking to the bus stop, taking the bus, and then walking a few miles to and from work takes me an hour and a half, I can get quite hungry at the end of a workday. And if I miss either bus 7 or bus 2, then it’s another half hour to my commute. McD’s is within walking distance to both bus stops. And cheap eats. Some people get offended if workers speak Spanish; I didn’t give it a second thought. They do take your order in English. The Spanish-speaking staff actually reminds me of California. And in California, I’ve heard McD’s staff in many locations speak in many different languages. I’m in and out of here in minutes, so I never really get a chance to comment on the décor. I think there is a fish tank(with plastic fish?) to amuse the little ones. I believe(but I“m not sure) that there is also a kid’s play area at this location.
