I had a wonderful experience at the Green Hills Mattress Firm. I was buying new pillows for my mom and Autumn helped me out tremendously. I got the most comfortable lavender scented pillows, and she loves them! I will be returning soon to buy a mattress and look forward to Autumn’s assistance. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience here. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and they are honest with a lot of integrity. When we got our bed, we weren’t sure if we loved the feel of the mattress after sleeping on it. We called back and they assured us that they would completely take it back and exchange as long as we did it within the time period. We now love it! Just needed some getting used to a different type.
We also have the bed electronics, and our electronics weren’t working properly. They immediately helped us by replacing it, and they were extremely generous and accommodating. I absolutely love them and would recommend their service to everybody I know!

While shopping at trader joes I noticed a mattress firm right next door. I have been seeing them advertised on TV, so I thought I would check it out. I was pleasantly surprised how much they knew about their product without the high pressure sales pitches I had been getting at other stores. I took her card and returned with my husband because we had been looking for some time for a mattress. Autumn spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. We found just the right mattress for us. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to all our friends.

We went here to get a box spring and worked with Autumn. It’s not that she was really super mean, but she was kind of condescending. She definitely started acting more friendly to us once we decided to make a purchase. We decided to save some $$ (their delivery charge was like $ 80) and pick up the mattress ourselves. So we rented a truck for an hour from Home Depot and went to the warehouse to pick up our recently purchased box spring. Well, it was not there. Autumn wrote down the pickup date wrong after telling us explicitly that the box spring was definitely at the warehouse and ready for pickup. Luckily, someone other than Autumn helped us clear things up, but the time wasted was a drag (especially with the time limit on our hour-​long truck rental being pushed), and working with her left a bad taste in our mouths. Jason was the one who helped get things fixed so look for him if you go do your mattress shopping here.
