This place is outstanding! My fiancée and I were driving through Nashville and stopped at a food truck festival. The long line of people waiting at this truck made us think that we needed to try it. The electric slider team did a great job of moving through the line quickly while still giving each customer their due attention. Very friendly as well I may add! I had the all American and my fiancée had the piggy star dust. Both were to die for. We’ll definitely seek this truck’s location come back again next time we’re in town!

I don’t like to eat tomatoes but when i do its on a BB&J from Electric Sliders. And this is a specialty burger. Its unbelievable bacon jam tangy blue cheese & perfect jalepeno spice. The Bus stop burger and the sauce is an out of site sweet bbq peppery mix. You cant go wrong with Chef Zac serving you sliders

We found the Electric Sliders truck at the Adventure Science Center’s July 4th «Red, White & Blue» fireworks-viewing party. Score! Sliders can be a little boring, but the folks at Electric Sliders have put some serious innovation into their menu. With ingredients like apple-almond-fig jam, sriracha mayo, and lemon-herb cheddar cream cheese, these mini-burgers are anything but boring. Everything on the menu sounded great, but I ended up ordering a Two-Slider Combo with the Piggy Stardust and the Disco Demi. Their Piggy Stardust slider is stacked high with pulled pork, pimento cheese, fried pickled onions, and a bourbon-balsamic barbecue sauce on a brioche bun. Although the pulled pork wasn’t as smoky as it could have been, it was certainly smokier than I expected it to be. It was also seasoned well, but I would have liked some bark in the mix. The fried onions added a great crunchy texture, while the pimento cheese gave it a nice creaminess. The barbecue sauce was more like a bourbon-balsamic vinaigrette, and I liked that much better. Despite its all-beef patty, the Disco Demi is a far cry from the standard cheeseburger. It’s got sharp cheddar, pickled onions, arugula, white truffle vinaigrette, and a rosemary demi glacé on brioche. Yum! The beef patty was delicious with an awesome sear on it, and the melty sharp cheddar was a perfect pairing. The pickled onions and arugula gave this burger a good crunch and a great flavor. The white truffle also made things super tasty, but I didn’t catch any rosemary. Regardless, I liked it a lot. I made a huge mess of myself with these sliders, but it was totally worth it.

There are many burgers in Nashville. There are your standard thick backyard BBQ style meat monsters and your thin, shake shack style burgers. In my opinion, the best kind of burger is made of ground meat that hasn’t been smashed into the griddle. This way, the burger has an much larger surface area to crisp and brown and the cheese melts into the the cracks. Electric Sliders has perfected this style of burger(ahem, slider.) I tried all six sliders. Get the All American to try this ultimate experience, but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. The chicken slider is impossible tender and flavorful and the fig and goat cheese slider is like dessert between two buns.

Wow! Talk about great food! Would recommend without hesitation. They catered a corporate lunch and did an excellent job. Staff was not only friendly and efficient but knows their ingredients!

My favorite food truck in town. You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, but the All-American is definitely my favorite because of the great mustard. The prices are great considering how much food you get! Best part? They’re super friendly and help you order if you’re stumped. A++
