The other day was my third and final time I will ever try to go to this Burger King location only to get absolutely zero service at the drive through during their open hours. The employees need to get it together here! The company either needs to purge their staff and start fresh or start making their terrible employees do something other than smoke pot in the bathroom instead of running a simple drive through or whatever it is their doing in there instead of working. It’s a wonder to me that this location is still in business. Awful.

I’ve not stopped/ate at a Burger King for years. But this morning, I had gone to publix without grabbing a bite to eat. I was headed home & stopped at Burger King to buy a breakfast sandwich. It was good, but I’m writing to say how nice the employees were, and how clean the place was. While I sat in the bar window area, an employee detailed the chairs and bar top next to me(but not too close) But it was above that, there was an elderly man 2 people in front of me in line and the cashier went above and beyond to take care of him. My experience with corporate chains are almost always a let down.(People hating their jobs, wishing they were somewhere else, rude, on cell phone, smoking outside) But this morning crew at this location has it together. Just thought they should be recognized

This may be the worse«Fast food»(lol) in the city! It’s always been terrible but after 6 months of avoiding this place like the plague I decided to go back for another try. And for the 1st time ever in the history of patronizing this location I could understand the person taking orders in the drive thru. She seemed polite and responsive. But that’s the only good thing about this visit. My family’s entire order was wrong. I immediately called and spoke to the manager at the time. She told me to come back in for a refund. I went back that same day but after her shift I guess and the manager on duty(Levi) was nothing short of a joke and rude. He didn’t give me a refund. I started to get upset but I decided to leave before I made a scene. This place is junk and if you go there expecting anything besides a sack full of junk and a joke of a manager then you’ll be very disappointed. This place is the worst!!!

If I could do no stars I would. Waited 8 minutes in the drive through for someone to take my order. The girl at the drive thru didn’t say hello, thank you or anything. Got to the end of the parking lot and realized they gave me fries instead of onion rings. Had to go back inside to trade them out. Then, got home and found that they gave me the entirely wrong meal. This consistently happens every time I have gone here. If I did my job this poorly, I wouldn’t have a job. Don’t bother with this establishment. I know I won’t ever again.

I’m happy to report that after an extended absence, the dining room is now open! It now has a hip, clean new interior. I still don’t visit very often, but as of the writing of this review they were actually testing out a Bacon Sundae and Sweet Potato Fries. When I was there, they were desperately understaffed and there was quite a bit of a wait to get service in the dining room. I suppose I should be more upset about it, but boy that Bacon Sundae was good… Mmm. Bacon.

This is going to be short and sweet: Don’t go here. If you need fast food, there’s a McD’s a few blocks down that can actually get you through the drive-thru in less than 30 minutes and serves their food warmer than cold. I’ve had a misfortune of craving some hash browns on the way to work twice in the last 6 months and both time I spent at least 15 mins sitting in the drive through to wait on cold, soggy food. Seems like there is only ever 1 person working the entire restaurant on weekday mornings??? After the first 5 minutes of waiting to even order(only 1 car in front of me, also waiting to order) I realized my mistake and tried to escape, but the jackwad behind me refused to acknowledge my waving and honking and reverse lights.
