amber you totally rock best customer service ever! patience unbelievably above board!!!

Located right across from Express, this store looked much fancier than its competitor.
Positives:
— The only Bebe store in Nashville
— Organized, clean, and bright
— Plenty of dressing rooms and big mirrors
— Employees are very nice and helpful, except when it’s close to closing
— They help you order the items that aren’t available in store (expect a shipping fee)
— New items are available in store as soon as they’re available on-​line
— Easy return
Negatives:
— Smaller clothing sizes are usually hard to find here. However the shoes rack are full of small sizes but not the larger ones…
— Employees don’t greet or even look at you when it’s closing time. It’s not a problem for me because I know they were tired and ready to go home. However, this could be a problem to other Green Hills customers.
— «You get what you pay for.» We have heard that many times before. This doesn’t apply to Bebe, in general. Since last year, the quality of dresses had gone downhill, but the price has skyrocketed. Comparing to the old Bebe dresses (less expensive), the new ones’ quality isn’t up to par. The fabric looks and feels cheap. I really hope Bebe fixes this problem.
It is true this is the only store in Nashville but that is not an excuse for lackluster customer service. I hope they keep up with the good customer service no matter what time of the day. In the end, it’s the customer service that keeps people coming back.
