The company was professional from start to finish. We only had 1 complaint, but it was quickly resolved. Derrick was awesome at taking are of our gross ant problem. We FINALLY found outside the nest and once it was taken care of our ant problem almost immediately taken care of. As of now we no longer have an ant problem but come again in the spring if there are any other problems we know who we will be calling. :)

I’ve used ProActive before, and I’ll use them again. They are always knowledgeable and good at what they do. Whenever I call they are quick to respond. I’ve had ants, wasps, and spiders in or around my home and their service technicians are always up to the task. Mike came out recently and did a great job!
