I have Rose Pest Control Solutions for my pest control needs as a restaurant owner. Lately, they have been sending me a tech name Mark and he goes above and beyond what I am used to seeing in this business. I have worked in restaurants for 13 years and have rarely ever seen a tech wear knee pads. If you pest control tech isn’t wearing knee pads he probably isn’t a good pest control tech. Although we keep the restaurant clean, Mark continues use diligence checking every corner and danger zone. I appreciate his hard work and hope that Rose Pest Control continues to hire and keep techs like Mark.

After more than 8 years of being a customer of Rose, two days prior to our they called to re-​schedule. The day they rescheduled for, the technician did not show up. He was 15 minutes late so I called the office. They said he was on his way. The office manager said it was «unavoidable» due to some «major route changes». When I asked why I wasn’t notified, there was no reply. My husband had to change meetings and appointments around in order to be here for the technician. I mentioned that they were losing a customer. The office manager said «oh well, sorry». The customer service is unprofessional and they obviously don’t care about maintaining relationships with long time customers. I will take my business where it is wanted. Too bad for Rose. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

After a recent swarming of box elder bugs, I called Rose on a Friday afternoon and they had someone here the following Monday morning. The specialist (Tony) was awesome. We discussed the pros and cons of spraying this late in the season, he was sensitive to my concern about using a ‘green’ product near the entryway, and his overall knowledge was impressive. I will defintely use Rose in the future!

I have Rose take care of all of my business locations throughout the Midwest and they provide exceptional service. The technician that comes out is very informative and does great work. I highly recommend Rose!
