McDonalds

Came here at 3:40am for late night munchies. No one was at the speaker box, no one at the pay here window, and when I get to the pick up window I had honk my horn twice to alert a shot Latina girl. She opens the window and looks high, tired, or over this job and reluctantly took my order. I had to wait 7 minutes for anyone to even give me food. But what do you expect from McDonald’s, of course hiring the bottom of the barrel to work the graveyard shift.

Is it me, or just every other Monday. Walk into THIS McDonalds and there’s three young counter people standing there in front of the register. One Mississippi, two Mississippi…. I waited as they continued to talk about a register issue. Two minutes go by and I’ve had enough. When is training staff (this one person was new and didn“t know how to process something) more important than the customer? NEVER! No eye contact from any of the three. Then I thought of that coffee shop who never acknowledged my existence and surmised that they must have come from there because this couldn’t be an airborne disease, could it?

I have ever experienced a more poorly run McDonald’s in my life. Service has been so slow since late summer — it’s as if they lost all their good people and didn’t replace staff. Almost every person in line was complaining. Last time I was here I was in the drive through and waited 15 minutes. I go out of my way to go to Burger King now.

Breakfast Service the past month or so has not been good. Really slow to take order and the line hasn’t moved well. Has been good for years, but lately definitely off their game.

I give this place 5 stars because of the very kind and hardworking crew. =)

We’ll it’s a McDonald’s so it will be the same as most but I find this one better when it comes to service. For a McDonald’s. Overall, it’s decent. You get your food fast, unlike other McDonald’s. So on a McDonald’s scale, I give a ⁹⁄₁₀. Regular? 3 stars!

Did the drive-​thru. After driving off, Inreakized Inreceived the wrong items. Had to go to Wendy’s (across the street) to get food for my sons. The McDonald’s drive-​thru was ridiculously long (too long to cruise through again).

I come to this McDonald’s fairly regularly for lunch (avg. of about once a week or once every two weeks), as it is conveniently located only 2 miles south of my work and is fairly easy to get in an out of. The service is consistently quick and accurate. I can’t recall them ever getting my order wrong. And the food is spot-​on, typically perfect… the products are made exactly how they’re supposed to make them. 95% of the time, I go through the drive-​thru here. From the time I order to the time I get my food at the 2^nd window, it’s usually less than 2 minutes. Sometimes the place gets a little busy with people from nearby Nequa Valley, but even if there’s a line at the drive-​thru though, it usually moves pretty well. The only problem I have is the cones they sometimes have, forcing you to go around the building to get to the drive-​thru lanes. This is understandable when there’s a long line and they don’t want it spilling out onto Lacrosse Lane and Route 59, but when there’s not a long line, the cones (and the new concrete median they erected) are just an annoyance and also create a safety hazard with too many vehicles driving around the building. Unfortunately, I understand why McDonald’s has to do this, since too many people lack common sense and proper judgement.

I tried to go to a pizza joint down the street. They had no seating so I moved on. I went to a chinese restaurant and was greeted by a little boy doing his homework. I stood there for 5 minutes when the kid decided to go get someone? I had wasted to much time by now so I had to come here. I will tell you that the place looked great. I didn’t even recognize the menu it has been so long. I got the angus delux. I didn’t know that you could still supersize? So I did. The burger was very impressive. It was in a box and then wrapped on one side so you don’t get it all over yourself. It tasted almost like a real burger. It had that wow factor. The fries that I paid to have upgraded were not even ¾ up the box? The reason I gave it two stars was because I felt like I ate a rock an hour after the meal. It doesn’t matter what you get to eat. Or how they cover up the taste. It is still the same sugar laden crap made to look pretty.

Horrible service. I refuse to go to this location after being ignored for 5 minutes while I was trying to order. Stay away.

Solid service at this location.

Ordered a chicken mc nugget meal combo to eat whilst I was picking up my son from school, but when I opened it a hairy legged spider crawled out from under one of the mc nuggets!
A formal complaint to head office followed, but the local management seemed to care less.
Stay away from this spider infested hell hole.
