Whoever made the pizza this evening… A+ the bread on this pizza is amazingly good! Give the cooks a raise!

My brother ordered before we got there. Pizza was ready when we got there. It was large cheese pizza and veggie pizza. The waitress did a good job re-filling our drinks. Good service and the pizza was good.

Food is awesome as usual but getting no service. Have to wave my hand and do a monkey dance to get some one to refill drinks. Place is half empty so don’t understand the wait. Waitress wont even stick around for our party to finish talking to her. Never have had service like this here. Going to stop coming to this location.

DONOTGOINLATEATNIGHT. Last night I had the worst service I have had in a long time at any restaurant. If I were to come into your restaurant 5 minutes before you closed, I would expect to get the stank eye as I patiently waited at the empty hostess stand to be seated. I would expect you to roll your eyes when I politely tell you I would please like to dine in. I would expect you to be short with us and avoid being at the table at all costs. I would expect our food to take over 45 minutes to arrive. I would expect you to not refill any of our drinks. I would expect you to be a rude and nasty waitress. What I DONOT expect is all of this to happen when I come into your restaurant over an hour before you close. I worked in the restaurant business for years, I know the deal. But if people come in over an hour before you close, the least you could do is treat them with respect. I will never return here. I was shocked at how terrible the service was.

First, the waitress has a very bad cold and is waiting on my table with my wife and kids and she is rubbing her nose and touching our silverware and bringing us drinks. Disgusting. Then as we finish an average meal at best, more people were coming in and she forgot about our table and went elsewhere. As she passed by and I asked for the check, she could see my kids acting up and ready to go so what does she do… goes and grabs an order from a large party at another table right after. I was pissed! Then 2 days later my kid is home sick from school. Guess where she got it from? Never again!!! Lou Malnatis here we come!!!

Went to Giordano’s when we were visiting family last Thanksgiving. The deep dish pizza was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Chicago!

Just ate here tonight and had a good experience. We ordered our pizza in advance and it was ready shortly after we arrived. The server was polite and responsive and the pizza was great, as always. We also had the fried mozzarella, which was also very good! I have always found the Giordano’s restaurants to be consistently good and this one is no exception. Keep up the great work!

I enjoyed my first Giordano’s pizza on a recent trip. It was the best pizza that I have ever eaten. I would love to have this closer to where I live. I cannot wait until I get the opportunity to have it again!

Owner is a complete asshole. He is THE most abrasive person you will ever meet in your life. I wouldn’t spend a dime at this place if it was the only place to get food left in the world. I would rather die of starvation then spend any money that goes towards this person’s livelihood.

My husband and I ordered here lastnight and became deathly ill. We both ordered chicken parm and have had the absolute WORST food poisoning EVER. Will not ever, EVER be eating here again.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had. On the door it said cook needed. Now I know why. We started with calimari and I’ve never had fried lemon rines fried with calimari. They are totally inedible. The pizza had a burnt taste and everyone in my party had the shits the whole next day due to the poorly made pizza. I would never go to this location. The one in downtown Naperville is 100 times better. At least they will cook the pizza right. Maybe because they are corporate and this one is franchise. But stay clear of the this one on route 59. It’s terrible!

We were here last week 9÷26÷15. As always, the food was very good but the service was just okay. Our server seemed a little overworked and she often didn’t seem to notice us trying to get her attention. The location is small and not set up to serve large parties. In addition, the greeter did not inform us there would be an automatic 18% gratuity tacked onto the bill for a party of 8. I didn’t notice it right away because it doesn’t say anything about an automatic gratuity on the bill(it’s labeled«service») yet the receipt gave gratuity suggestions which is odd considering they already added a gratuity. In any case, I called the following day and spoke to «Andres» and requested a refund on the extra tip I had included. I don’t feel the server should get a 36% tip on okay service. He said he would take care of it and. .. I am still waiting one week later for the refund.

Was here with a party of 14 for my birthday lunch. We all love their pizza and will come for their pizza. That is the only reason to come here. The restaurant itself is cute and clean, the food is great but the service is just meh. Our server was not very professional and not attentive at all. We sat around for over 5 minutes without anyone coming to check on us. We were sitting without drinks for way too long and she did not come over to our table enough. I spotted the staff standing around in front of the kitchen most of the time. Stopping by to check on your table and ask them if they need anything is a nice touch, a touch that was not offered to us. We had to flag her down and i think she did not have another table besides ours. The restaurant was not very crowded. We ordered the wings and the mozzarella sticks for appetizers and we ordered a thin crust and a stuffed pizza. Both pizzas were delicious and we knew we would have to wait long for them so that was not a problem. Their food is delicious but they should really work on teaching their staff to be professional. I understand that most of the staff is young but that is no reason to not train them properly.

We called in advance so that our deep dish would be ready by the time we got here. We came in and were seated, but it took quite a while for a waiter to come over to our table, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. For appetizers, we ordered the garlic parmesan fries and house salad — I loved the fries! Our deep dish, however, came out lukewarm, so we had to send it back to the kitchen to be heated up. I give this location 3 stars because the service needs work, but I will say that the quality of the food at Giordano’s(especially their deep dish) is consistently good.

Costco pizza will never be the same after a week’s worth of driving to chicago for pizza. This was probably one of the most anticipated food stops ive always wanted to try and it was worth the trip. The best deep dish ive ever had in my life. The crust was nice and flakey but not too heavy on the butter. If youre out here in illinois, you gotta eat here. Its a must.

They do an incredible deep dish pizza. It takes about 40 minutes so call ahead and dine in upon arrival or be prepared to wait. Calamari is fantastic and done of the best I’ve every had! It’s great for families and consistently good. The dessert selections are limited but very good.

Giordano’s is my favorite pizza, because they make the stuffed pizza. The stuffed pizza takes about 30 extra minutes, but it’s totally worth it. We usually order sausage, but I recently ordered a stuffed pizza with arthicoke, spinach, and giardinera peppers. It was fantastic! Some people flip out when they get home to see their pizza hasn’t been cut. They will cut it upon request. The leave it whole because it keeps everything from sliding around. So chill. I called in an order around 4:00 p.m. during the week, and my pizza was ready on time. This particular location is really dead at times, but on the weekends or after school events(there’s a high school nearby) it is super busy. I’ve dined in at this location a few times and also never had any problems. I didn’t have any issues picking up my order. One of the employees off to the side was loudly b*tching about some kind of coupons they don’t accept anymore. Like, almost a meltdown over it. Nobody was even trying to use a coupon — she just went on and on about how«other locations» were accepting«fraudulent» coupons. It just bothers me when employees complain about customers(present or not) in front of others. Put a lid on it, already!

They know how to make a deep dish, alright. Although, they call it «stuffed pizza pie» instead of deep dish… has it always been that way? I ate so much Giordano’s deep dish when I worked downtown that I got sick of it. Ah, the downside to gorging on your favorite food. I stayed away from Giordano’s for a while and finally went back when a coupon for it fell into my lap. They still know how to make a deep dish pizza, but it’s so hard for me to finish a whole slice. I did discover that they make pretty good ravioli, too! Our waitress was fast and friendly. These stuffed pizzas take a while to make, so we called ahead to place our order for dine in. Smarts.
