We had trouble finding the address. But once we did all was good. Luckily read other reviews here so at the inside bar on the ground floor near the entrance I asked for directions to the patio, which is upstairs.
A perfect setting on the deck with cocktails made from locally made spirits. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and luckily my date was paying. :-)

Hate to do this but have to. My friend and I were in Napa for the weekend and came across Mercantile Social here on Unilocal.Wanted to give it a try since it was new and got good reviews. The setting was gorgeous so we were so excited to eat dinner and enjoy cocktails here. Unfortunately the service was TERRIBLE and the food totally mediocre and on the small size. We weren’t given utensils so when the waitress came over to ask how our meal was we had to point out again that we did not have utensils so could not tell her. Cocktails took FOREVER. Food was nothing special. Then when the bill came we gave her $ 20 in cash and asked the put that rest on a card. Simple right? She could not understand and a few days later when I checked my bank statement she had CHARGED my card $ 20 MORE. So, irritated and had to deal with the hotel and my bank to get the $ 20 credited back. Terrible experience and would never go back.

It’s not often I give 5 star reviews. Atmosphere was excellent, love the rustic feel, optional sun, optional private cabana type spaces, and the fire pits. The specialty cocktail menu was really awesome, we had 2 phenomenal drinks, and the bartenders were friendly and helpful. Nice job Andaz!

Fun place to have a drink and dance to some live music. Its a modern décor, interesting design, and group of fun people. Glass of wine was $ 9 on sale. I wouldn’t spend $ 300 for the hotel there though, and the brunch menu was way out of line. But just for drink and music it was great.

One of the more relaxing bars in Napa. Craft spirits (no big names like grey goose or even hangar one) which I love. Carefully thought out cocktails and although not a huge wine selection, very varied.
Bartender Savannah is one of my favorites — she’s sweet and knows her cocktails!

One of the better bars in Napa without the crowds. I’ve gotten sick of the more crowded bars that everyone seems to flock to and Mercantile in Andaz has really grown on me.
Biggest plus is the 6−8pm happy hour, not 3−6pm like most places, a happy hour when you can actually be happy! (after work). Also there is always a daily special, like tequila Tuesday or Mule Monday’s that offer a 2 for 1 on certain drinks.
There is a locals discount as well, just ask for it. Didn’t know this until a bartender mentioned it probably my 4^th or 5^th visit.
You can also get the food menu from the restaurant, the burgers are excellent.
Great little bar overall.
