Excellent pizza, shrimp scampi, and eggplant rollatini. Everything was cooked perfect and came out hot and fresh. Must try and we will return.

The pizza is good, though I think that the quality was a bit better with the original owners. There is some outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. The salads are also substantial.

This place has a nice neighborhood feel to it. Nothing fancy but very nice. The food portions were generous and extremely tasty. We had pasta dishes that we really enjoyed. Not gourmet place but I knew that going in and I would definitely come back again when I’m in Myrtle Beach.

Last night was my 2nd experience at Ducatis, don’t let the location fool you, this place is serious! I had the veal Parm over linguine, again… spectacular Holly’s bright smile and positive attitude just makes it better! I will be back

I was sadly disappointed in my order. Pizza was bland, tasteless, cold and the crust was hard to chew as if it was stale. The wings were great! However I ordered blue cheese with my two orders of wings and they brought me two ranch instead. Gross. Pro: the delivery guy was very nice and everything was on time as promised. Probably will not order from here again unless just for wings and will have to make it VERY clear what sauce I want.

Awesome quality Italian cuisine. I highly recommend the eggplant parmasian. The pizza looks amazing, but haven’t tried it yet. Great atmosphere, a true gem, with very reasonable prices.

Don’t go to this place if you’re hungry!!! The service SUCKS!!!# waited for 10 minutes and had to stop the hostess to get US water and tea took 25 minutes to get bread, they were busy, but the staff at Mickey d’s are more professional!!! The staff looked like deer caught in the headlights and I never saw anyone who resemble a person in charge! The food was reAlly good though, the hostess should have been the waitress, i guess that’s why she was tipped!!!

Ducati’s was hit and miss for us. First, the really good: the place is beautiful & clean, our server was friendly. The bread is fantastic — crunchy crust, soft on the inside and hot out of the oven. The side salads were ample size and really fresh. Not sure if they make their own dressings or not, but the house balsamic and the blue cheese were on point. I had the spinach ravioli(a recommendation from our server) and I loved it. The vodka sauce was wonderful with just the right amount of cream. The not so good: I am a big fan of caprese and order it anytime it’s on a menu. This one was just«so so.» It did come with some roasted red peppers, mushrooms, black olives and garlic cloves(raw! Roasted would have been better) on the side. The fresh mozzarella was good, but there were a couple of tomatoes that weren’t ripe(green in the middle) and it only had a tiny splash of balsamic with no olive oil(if it was there, I didn’t taste it). At least they brought some on the side to add more. Hubby had the manicotti and was completely underwhelmed. Hardly any ricotta stuffed inside and the sauce lacked flavor(and was a little watery). Finally, no hand soap in the bathroom. Not cool.

My wife and I ate outside on a Thursday evening at around 8pm. I ordered a 10″ pizza with ricotta, sausage, pineapple, garlic and basil. My wife had the white pizza with pepperoni. Bread with dipping oil came out first as a complementary appetizer which was nice. Out pizzas came out shortly after and were piping hot. Both had a nice crisp crust, gooey cheese. The ricotta was a little too runny due to how hot the pizza was. I wasn’t a huge fan of the sausage, which was cut into strips and a little gristly. I would prefer a fresh crumbled sausage. We will be back, there’s so much to choose from!

I’m a local in the Grand Strand area. Despite the abundance of venues, sometimes I feel like I am living in a restaurant desert because too many places rely on frozen, re-heated products. Ducati’s is the Italian restaurant oasis in this desert, and I can’t stop raving. The atmosphere is casually elegant; the service was polite and friendly. Most importantly, the food is fresh, flavorful, and cozy. I ordered a chicken parm/eggplant rollatini special served with penne marinara, a nice salad, and fresh baked bread. The breading on the chicken & eggplant was light, crispy, not overdone. Everything was seasoned perfectly. And the marinara… Amazing. The salad was completely fresh and gorgeous. The bread and foccacia were delicious and not overly dense or oily. I didn’t realize until I ate this meal that I had been craving delicious italian food for years. Now, I am completely satisfied and eager to return.

Ordered delivery on a Monday evening. the girl who answered the phone was very rude and seemed like either they we’re extremely busy, which I doubt on a Monday or she just hated her job. Other than that everything came out wonderful and in the 45 minutes they said. The lobster ravioli was amazing and my boyfriend had the chicken alla Roma and said there could be more sauce. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the rude girl who answered the phone, it automatically turned me off.

We came here strictly based on Unilocal reviews. Could not have been happier. Ordered a 10″ veggie pizza, Greek salad, pepperoni/cheese pizza and Chicken Daniella. The pizzas were made by hand. We were able to watch the pizza chef make our pies. His work station was immaculate. Everything in its own place. The pizza chef didn’t touch anything that wasn’t going on the pizza. This is huge for me after working so many years in kitchens. The crusts were crispy but still doughy. Cooked to perfection. Sauce was a touch bitter and he used the perfect amount. The fresh mozzarella was amazing. The veggies were fresh and plentiful. Greek salad was a good size. Fresh lettuce. Crisp red onions. Lots of creamy chunks of feta. Dressing was on the side and was a nice balsamic vinaigrette(my choice). Chicken Daniella was amazing. Fresh slabs of mozzarella atop perfectly cooked chicken breasts. Also had a fresh slice of tomato and a piece of broccoli. Served with a tomato and white wine sauce. Was amazing and fresh. Served with a side of penne that was«al dente» and topped with homemade tomato sauce. A nice touch of class was the bottle of water for our table and the fresh bread with olive oil/seasoning for dipping. This was a great find. Would definitely come back here again. Next time it will be for lunch. Lots of calzones and Stromboli’s that they stop serving at 4pm

My family ate from Ducatis three times while in Myrtle Beach this past week. Once was take-out and the other two times were fine-in. We tried a variety of dishes, from the chicken piccata to the lobster ravioli to the eggplant Parmesan. All were well-cooked and delicious. Apparently the place used to be a pizza only joint but when new ownership took over and wanted to make it a Trattoria, they found that people loved the pizza so much they couldn’t get rid of it. We tried the pizza and a number of dishes as take-out and found the pizza to be very solid for pizza outside of the NorthEast. If you are in town and looking for excellent Italian food and/or pizza this father and his family of picky eaters highly recommends Ducatis.

Meals were great and staff/owner were wonderful. Best pizza I had in a long time. Rest of the food tasted like I was back in Jersey again.

I ordered delivery. I was told it would take 45 min. Actually took 65 min. That being said. We had a Cobb salad, chicken parm, garlic knots, tiramisu, and cannoli. We didn’t get the dressing we asked for but the food was good. The desserts were spectacular. I don’t usually eat dessert, usually a few bites then pass it off. I ate the whole thing. Above and beyond good on the desserts. The garlic knots were a bit hard but very good. The chicken parm was nothing spectacular, but it was good.

Ordered 2 pepperoni’s and a cheese pizza for 2 teenagers, a kid, and three adults. Let’s just say we only have a half pizza left — and we’re likely to have to draw straws tomorrow for who gets what’s left. FANTASTIC pizza! We are here once a year, and we will keep this as our pizza choice next year!

Been coming to Myrtle Beach over 20 yrs. By far the best Italian in area, and also The best service. Great Calamari, shrimp and veal. Took a calzone to go and it looked great. Will return often
