Oaks Surgery Center

I had my knee surgery done in this center, and was scheduled early in the morning. Staff was very courteous, professional and made sure that I felt comfortable. The anesthesiologist, most especially, was so sweet and made me feel secure, helped me with my jitters :)

Had surgery on 10÷20÷15. Love all the staff there. They’re so kind and caring. All the staff are friendly and helpful

Had surgery here on 12÷11÷14. Nurses and staff were very friendly, professional and caring. The waiting room could be a little bigger. Other than that, I was pleased with everything else.

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience here. Not sure if a previous poster was at this facility or not… 45 faces? Like the DMV? Hardly! Nurses & receptionist were fantastic, courteous and caring throughout the entire process. Thank you for taking such great care of my son!

The wait is pretty extensive, but the office staff is professional and nice. The office is in a good location and is very clean.

My son had surgery on his hand here on 4÷10÷2013 with Dr. Alexander. The front office girl was very professional and helpful. She explained everything clearly, the paperwork was minimal and easy. The nurses in the back were wonderful. I received better care at this small outpatient facility than I’ve had at some hospitals. The pre-​op area was clean, the nurses friendly and professional, and the anesthesiologist was… well an anesthesiologist. He didn’t have the greatest of personalities, but that’s pretty typical for an anesthesiologist. He was professional and did a great job, which is the most important thing. I saw the previous reviewer who stated that there were «45 faces staring» in the waiting room. I’m not sure how that could be, unless the waiting room used to be much larger. The waiting room was relatively small and couldn’t even fit close to that many people. Comparing it to the DMV is so much of a stretch that I can’t even comprehend what she’s talking about. Only a few other people were waiting when I was there. Not sure what someone would expect other than to be called back for surgery. A marching band?
