My most recent trip was as good as ever. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. Always feel at home and the pricing is unbeatable for the amount of food. The only place to go for breakfast in Murray.

It was the end of a cold homecoming weekend. Everyone was tired and ravenous. Hungry Bear was just what we needed. It had the feel of a greasy spoon diner, inexpensive and very busy. In this case, practice makes perfect: bacon crisp but not burned, eggs over easy just right, toast with plenty of butter, and coffee, coffee, coffee. For our group of six, it was the least expensive meal of the entire weekend, and in some ways the most satisfying. Remember, it’s CASHONLY.

Best breakfast in Murray. Sunday mornings when school is in is very busy. The service was a bit subpar.

I have only ordered from their breakfast menu, which is the only time they have table service. Their eggs have always appeared to be cooked in water, and are always cooked one lever more than what you order, so I order over easy, and get over medium. Superman breakfast is yummy, they don’t have sweet tea or Splenda. Good choice of pancakes for my kids, which is why we go. Nothing extraordinary, but food is always good in the morning

Kind of an odd combo of kid’s arcade with roadside diner. Slightly over-priced but quant.
