Pristine Cleaning and Restoration

A few days ago I hired this company to clean my tile & grout & seal it. The 23 yo guy who came out was polite & professional. After cleaning he told me that the grout did not need to be sealed even though I’d explained that it had never been resealed since it was first installed several years ago. Nevertheless he was happy to do it since I’d requested it. Afterwards I noticed a spot under the refrigerator that had not been cleaned as well as other areas. He explained to me that because of the large deck on the machine, it does not fit under the door of the fridge to clean that area. The machine also does not clean corners, areas within 2 – 4 inches from the other appliances, island, under cabinets or 2 – 4 inches out from the wall. He explained to me that the receptionist at their company was new & would usually forget to tell people this. Therefore even after spending over $ 100, I still have to manually clean many areas that the machine would not reach. Pristine’s prices were much less than their competition, now I know why. You pay for what you get. I would not have hired them if I had been told that their machine would not clean 10% of the floor.

The cleaning I received was absolutely amazing. The ladies were professional and very good at their jobs. I can honestly say it was one of the best house cleanings I’ve had.
But when I called to schedule regular visits, no one answered the phone and their mailbox was full. Sorry, but I can’t trust my home to a company I may not be able to reach. Too bad.

I’ve used them for tile and carpet cleaning both of which were quality jobs. Very knowledgable about the surfaces and easy to make appointments with. Fair pricing will definitely use them again.

Used an Amazon Local voucher. They did a great job on both tile and grout cleaning as well as house cleaning. I would use them again.
