Had not been here in several years and was a little bit disappointed. We ordered delivery(which was nice) and I ordered the General Tsao’s chicken and was sad to find that most of the pieces of chicken were very small with little meat on them. My girlfriend ordered the vegetable fried chicken and that was OK, but nothing spectacular. Overall I’m sure I’ll be back to give it another shot for old times sake, but definitely noticed a drop in the quality of food since 4 – 5 years ago.

I am actively searching for a good Chinese restaurant that has flavor and variety. This was not it. My husband and I were very underwhelmed by our experience. The soups main flavor was salt and uneatable. I had Kung Pao and my husband had Mongolian beef. Neither of us finished our lunch plate and we left hungry. The dining room is cute and the staff was nice, but it just isn’t the place for us.

The Wonton soup, homemade and superb. It is my go-to soup when I am not well, need a light food nothing heavy. Homemade broth is a good thing. I will try other things over time, some are mediocre. They need to offer some new(real, traditional Chinese) dishes. I keep hanging in there with them, they need to stay vigilant on cleanliness, hiring more staff because it’s understaffed a lot of the time.

Great spot! Family run restaurant. The lunch specials are great, service is quick and friendly and it’s really affordable. They do dine in and take out.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I came in to get a to-go order. I ordered Szechuan chicken, Mongolian beef, and special lo mein. All three dishes were exactly the same color! The meat was in VERY short supply on all three dishes. The Mongolian beef was about fifty percent onions and tasted like it was made with Tabasco-yuk! The Szechuan chicken tasted like crap and as mentioned previously, had very little chicken. The special lo mein was tasteless and lacked in every way a dish can. DONOTWASTEYOURTIME, MONEY, ANDTASTEBUDSHERE. Seriously, it is really that bad.

We used to frequent this restaurant quite bit as the food is good and reasonably priced, and lunch is generous and quick. But every time we went in, the place seemed even more dirtier than before. If the hallway and bathrooms are that gross, imagine the kitchen? Well, I did take a look the last time, and decided that was it. If they literally«clean up their act» we will return. Potentially getting salmonella or E Coli is not worth it.

The food is delicious. You always worry with delivery that by the time it gets there the food will be soggy(especially fried dishes) but we have never been disappointed. Fast friendly service!

Excellent food! I have been going to Lotus for years and their food consistency is spot on. I love spicy food, and they really spice it up if you ask. I often get takeout and get it for my coworkers and everyone has always liked it. Check it out for sure!

The food here is awful. I had the kung pao chicken and the sauce was a gloppy gravy. Service was mediocre at best. I will not return even though it’s the closest to home.

Was hungry for chinese food so my friend took me here and I was shocked on how amazing the food tasted after trying so many chinese restaurants around the area being new to the area from California. After finishing the best mandarin chicken I have ever tasted, I became a weekly customer and once in awhile eat there more then four times a week. Not only was the dishes delicious but the people working there are very friendly and energetic. I HIGHLY recommend any body that’s around the area to give it a try and they have delivery too!

Ok so… after further inspection… I found the restaurant in dire need of a really good scrubbing. The eating area appears at first glance to be ok then looking closer it is filthy! The hallway going back to the restrooms are nasty then the actual restroom is gross! I wish the reviews had told me this tidbit of info. Won’t be back!!!

We have been customers for about 8 years, usually take out and delivery. Love the orange chicken, general tsou’s, beef and broccoli, string beans, hot and sour soup, bbq pork fried rice. I have ordered for lunch delivery to Boeing factory and it gets here hot and fast. Jonathan is a nice guy. I think they stopped including the little fresh sugar donuts that were so good. We always have a menu handy. Thank you!

Got the chicken chow mein and general tso’s. They were terrible, very dissppointing. A ton of gristle. We will never go back. It also seems to be slightly more expensive(by $ 1/an entre, not a lot) than other Chinese restaurants in the area.

If you want subpar Chinese food and an hour a half long delivery time(if they ever even show up) this is the place for you! We order from here just because they are the only Chinese food restaurant that delivers. The food isn’t great but it’s edible. The customer service has gotten worse and worse with each order. We ordered food at 7:15 and were told that it would be 35 – 40 minutes. About 70 minutes later we called to see where our food was… Oh it’ll be another 15 minutes we were told(did they just forget about our order and are now throwing it together?). Guess what? 15 minutes later and still no food, calling now to cancel the order and get a refund.

I usually go here after my nail appt down the street. It’s probably one of my fav Chinese restaurants. Huge menu. I usually get the hot & sour soup, chicken steak, or fried rice. Today I had the pepper steak, very good! I get the same dish at pf changs but here its like half the price & double the quantity. They do have free delivery but there’s a min order amount. Clean, friendly service. The only bummer is like most asian restaurants they are closed on sundays.

I went to Lotus today based on some good reviews. I must say I will not go back unless it is just for there egg drop soup. Pros: Egg Drop Soup Spring Rolls Cons: Veggie Lo Mein — not good, I could not even eat half of it. The«Fried» rice was not FRIED it was white rice slopped with soy sauce to turn it a brown color. Literally thats all it was. the more you dug into it, the center was white steamed rice. Overpriced — I can go to the Bejing Garden in Everett for lunch and get TWICE the amount of food and quality for HALF the price. The lunch did not come with soup or a spring roll and I walked out of there paying $ 11.00. No thats not a ton of money but for lunch and compared to competitors pricing YES it is overpriced. I was also a little disturbed that when I went in to pay the manager had to come up to give me my .40 in changed. What the heck, why cant your employees give change? Why do I have to wait for you to come unlock the till? that was a little weird. So there is my 2 cents. Good luck!
